     Harry was getting even more suspicious of Professor Snape every day.

I didn't care that much because I was doing great in Potions class, even better that Malfoy. We were in Potions class, getting tested for our OWLS, where I was behind Seamus making my potion when Seamus was about to put in the wrong ingredient! I grabbed his arm shaking my head and mouthing "nooooo" I let go of his arm as he put it down. He picked up another ingredient  and looked back at me and I shook my head aggressively. He put it down and grabbed another and looked back at me and all I did was wink. He looked back at his cauldron, closed his eyes and dropped it in. Professor Snape came over and said, "Well done Mr. Finnegan." and walked away. Seamus looked at me and I gave him a thumbs up. He smiled. After Potions class was over we went outside and sat in the grass with the sun shining. Pansy walked by and waved at me so I waved back and smiled. "What was that?" Hermione asked in a bitter tone. "What do you mean?" "Why were you waving at her?" "Uh, we kind of friends, why?" "WHY? WHY! BECAUSE SHE BULLIES ME, BECAUSE SHES RUDE AND THINKS SHES ABOVE EVERYBODY! AND SHE HANGS OUT WITH MALFOY!" She spit in my face. Ron and Harry looked terrified. "I-I mean, I don't like her." then she smiled sweetly. "You couldn't say that first?" Ron said and both me and Harry hit him. "Um guys, isn't now like the perfect time for Snape to get the stone? I mean, everybody's outside. No one would see him do it!" "Ugh. Harry, he's not after the stone! Now can we please enjoy it here for once!" I told him. Suddenly, Harry started running for Hagrid's hut. We chased him. "Where are you going?" Ron asked. "Don't you think it's weird that all Hagrid's ever wanted was a dragon, and that all the sudden a cloaked figure shows up with a dragons egg? How many people wander around with dragon eggs if it's against wizard law?" Hermione and Ron looked at each other confused but I knew exactly what he was talking about. Hagrid was sitting in an armchair. "Oh hullo kids, how are you?" "Hagrid quick! The night you won norbert, what did the stranger look like?"  "Dunno, he didn't take his cloak off." We stared at him. "It's not that unusual, lot o' funny folk in the hog's head." "Did you talk about Hogwarts with them at all?" I asked. "Yeah, he asked what I did, tol' him gamekeeper. Asked what creatures i took care of, kept buying me drinks, wanted to know if i could handle a dragon, tol' 'im after Fluffy a dragon would be easy." "Was Fluffy interesting to him?" "Well, yeah. How many three headed dogs do ya meet? Told him Fluffy's a piece of cake if you calm him down with some music-" "Shouldn't of told ya that! Forget about that! Where you going?" We ran and ran until we got the the entrance hall, "We have to find Dumbledore! Hagrid told the stranger how to get past fluffy! Where's Dumbledore's office?" "What're you four doing in here?" we turned around to see Professor McGonagall. "Professor! Where's Dumbledore? We need to see him! It's urgent!" I said. "Professor Dumbledore isn't here, he got a letter from The ministry of magic and had to leave." "He's gone!?" we all said. "Yes, and I assure you the urgent thing you're speaking of isn't as important as The Ministry." "YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS!" I yelled. "Oh really, then what is it?" "Uhh." Hermione, Ron, and Harry said. "Guys, we can't lie to her! Professor it's, it's about the Sorcerer's stone. Someone knows how to get past everything and is going to steal it." She looked shocked. "How do you know about it?" "That doesn't matter! Dumbledore has to come back now!" "I-I assure you no one can get past! Now go enjoy the sunshine!" I sighed. "Yes Professor." she stormed past us. "Guys! There going to steal it tonight!" I said once she was gone. Hermione you have to keep an eye on Snape! Wait outside the staffroom and pretend you waiting for Professor Flitwick." Harry said, Hermione nodded. We left Hermione and went to where Fluffy was but Professor McGonagall was standing there. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I see any of you near here again and I'll take fifty points from Gryffindor, yes, my own house! And Princess, I assure you your sister wouldn't enjoy seeing you get in trouble." We walked back to the common room where I was on the brink of crying. Yeah, I know, you'd think I'd be use to getting yelled at but to be honest, I cry every time. I'm not proud of it but, I do. Just then Hermione came in crying her eyes out. "I'M SO SORRY HARRY, SNAPE ASKED ME WHAT I WAS DOING AND I TOLD HIM I WAS WAITING FOR PROFESSOR FLITWICK AND HE WENT AND GOT HIM AND I JUST GOT OUT OF THERE!" "That's it! I'm going to sneak out tonight and get the stone first." "You can't!" Hermione yelled. "You'll get expelled!" Ron added. "WHO CARES?" I suddenly yelled. "If Voldemort......gets the stone..........he'll have power again, and if that happens.........it's over." "Exactly. Luckily I have the invisibility cloak." Harry said. "But will it fit all four of us?" Ron asked. "All four?" "You didn't think we'd let you go in alone, did you?" Hermione said.

We were sitting in the common room when everybody went to sleep. Harry grabbed the cloak, "Make sure it covers all of us." "What're you doing?" we looked up to see Neville. "Oh, nothing. Why don't you go to bed you look tired." I said. "You're going out again." "No we're not Neville, we're just going to play a game." I told him. Harry looked up at the clock and we knew we couldn't waste anymore time. "You'll just get Gryffindor into more trouble!" "Neville please," Hermione said. "I-I'll fight you!" Then Ron exploded, "NEVILLE! STAND AWAY FROM THE HOLE! DON'T BE AN IDIOT!" "Don't call me an idiot! You're the one that told me to start standing up to people." "Yeah but not me!" "That's it! I'm sorry Neville but, Petrificus Totalus!" His whole body binded together. "Sorry Neville! We'll explain later!" I said as we put the cloak on and ran out.
