A young hellhound walked in one of the worse parts of town, mostly dark building that has been hit hard by one recession followed by another. So empty and abandoned building all ran down by neglect and disuse. The patrolling was relaxing and stressful all at the same moment. She had to keep her eyes and ears open watching for anything that was out of place. But since it was past one in the morning she heard almost no signs of human life roaming around, sure there were a few people here and there. Men and woman coming home from late night jobs or heading off to work but only a handful of them.

"Lovely area," she asked with a soft voice as she looked around watching everything at once.

"What a pretty little thang like you doing out here... all alone?!" a man said as he grabbed her hair and yanked her back and covered her mouth with a cloth. She felt it burn all throughout her body leaving her weak and having a hard time thinking straight. She knew she had not smelt him approach her, so he had to be masking his scent. The attack on the hound was so quick and unnoticed all she could get out was a gasp for air.

"Fight and I will end you!" The vampire hissed into her ear as she looked up to find two vampires already circling her. She looked around for a way out of this and spotted that she was not alone and more vampires were walking up out of the shadows around her. She growled as much as she could muster, but with the drug, in her, it came out closer to a whimper than a true growl. She looked back at him and wanted to tear his throat out. The master vampire laughed as backhanded her sending her smashing into a wall and left a huge dent in the wall.

"I'll kill you!" she tried to growl and it came out as a whimper yet again and leaped at him. But her normal fast movements were now slowed and he batted her away like she was a child.

"Oh, I doubt you'll kill anyone tonight my pretty. I'm going to have fun breaking you." the master vampire grinned and showed his fangs. This made her cringe at the idea of being broken. It's not common but can be done. Mostly killing whatever spirit in the hellhound leaving a husk. And she was sure the vampire knew what that meant.

"Be a good girl and disobey." He warned as the picked up her beaten and bloody body.

All fight drained for her and she did not fight as she dragged her into a building, some kind of old warehouse build that was all run down. She barely noticed any of this before her, her drug-hazed mind could only see fangs. So for the next two hour, the vampires all played with the young hellhound taking turns biting her and drinking her blood, beating her down and breaking bones just to laugh as they healed. Just to do it again all in the plan to break her down to nothing but a husk of herself, one that would obey orders from him.

Even with the drugs in her system, she felt pain and once the pain was too much for her, she let out a howl! A true hellhound howl calling her alpha for help in her time of need. What could be her last moments before they did break her, she knew she was only holding on by threads and if this went on too much longer she would not be able to hold her sense of self much longer. She calls out a name of who she needed most. "Zane Ivar Dred!" she howled.

Unknown to Sami but her Howl did more than she planned it snapped what vampire magic was hiding them from prying eyes and noses. With that now gone anyone looking for them would be able to find them.

Zane.

Zane had been searching for her missing pack member. She had been stumbling around the city in traumatic pain searching her. She had managed to find her but that howl would act as a beacon. She knew there were two kinds of danger coming her way: vampires and hunters.

"Zero!" Zane yelled as she went to her side.

"Oh look sisters." the master vampire said and his lackeys all laughed.
