Beauty And The Beasts [A Naruto FanFiction] [ON HOLD]

Chapter Three

"Ah, this was so good Ichiraku!", moaned Nii-san holding his belly. "I'm stuffed."

"That was good, thank you Ichiraku!", I joyfully say.

"You two are very welcome.", says Ichiraku smiling. "It's getting late, you two should head home."

Nii-san and I get up from the bar stools and leave Ichiraku's heading home. Nii-san is so full that it looks like he's wobbling as we walk through the streets of Konoha. People are laughing at Nii-san as he passes by them. I get angry.

"Calm down, Miyuki.", says Nii-san smiling. "They're only laughing at me from my walk." I  nodded and crossed my arms as we continued to walk home in silence.

When we arrived home, there was a note on the night stand beside my bed. I wonder who it's from. I picked up ghe note and it said:

Meet me on the playground around twelve a.m. Don't let Naruto you left either.

I anime veined at the note.

What could Sasuke possibly want from ME?

I look at the time on my clock and it's 11:46 p.m.

I hear Nii-san yawning, getting ready to go to bed. He turned the light off and went to bed. I have to make sure he's asleep. "Goodnight Nii-san.", I say. No answer. How can someone fall asleep so quickly?

He's asleep. Now's your chance.

I turn off my light and placed two of my pillows under my blanket just in case Nii-san wakes up to check on me.

I tip-toe out of the house and closed the door as silently as I can. I turn around looking at the village of Konoha. It really does look peaceful at night.

After admiring Konoha, I head towards the playground I'm suppose to meet up with Sasuke at. I look down at my wristwatch and it's 11:57 p.m.

Damn it! I'm going to be late! I ran as fast as I could to the playground before 12 a.m.

When I finally reach my destination it was 12:01 a.m.

"You're late.", says Sasuke who walks out from the shadows.

"It's only a minute after Sasuke," I retorted. " Besides that, why did you want to bring me here without my brother knowing?" Sasuke's face got serious.

Oh boy.

"I wanted to tell you something important.", Sasuke replies.

"About what exactly?", I ask.

"It's pretty serious-"

"Stop beating around the bush and just say it already!", I yelled in a whisper.

"Miyuki, I have feelings for you.", Sasuke says blushing. " I just wanted you to know since we are on the same team, you know?"

I was in a daze. I was in a fucking daze. Is he playing around with me or is he being serious?

"Sasuke stop joking around, I didn't come all the way out here to hear your bull crap.", I replied. I turned to walk away but Sasuke grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him.

Oh my God....

"I'm not joking, Miyuki.", Sasuke says. He leaned in and kissed me on the lips. I pushed him away covering my hand over my mouth.

What the hell is going on here!

"Sasuke..", I say in surpise. "Why did you kiss me?"

"Miyuki, I've had feelings for you ever since you embarassed me in front of the class at the Academy.", he says smiling. "You are the only girl who has the guts to talk to me any kind of way and treat me the same as everyone else."

I sweatdropped at Sasuke's response.

He's  such a liar.

"Sasuke, drop the act.", I said bluntly. " What about Sakura? She's a perfect fit for you ."

"I don't like Sakura, she's too clingy and obsessed over me but you on the other hand keep me interested.", he says handsomely.

"Um, yeah, Sasuke back off. I'm definitely not interested.", I retorted.

"And why not?", he asked.

"Because you aren't my type.", I say coldly.

Sasuke fell silent at the last words I say to him.

Did I make him sad or mad?

Sasuke grabs my hand and kissed it with his soft lips.

Yum. Wait! What?!

"I will make you mine, Miyuki.", says Sasuke. He pulls me in for a hug and whispers in my ear:

"No matter what."

I'm guessing I was blushing at his attempt to somewhat seduce me because Sasuke was laughing at me.

"You will always be in my heart, Miyuki.", Sasuke says as he gives me a rose and walks away.
