tip: to get the overall coloring of these covers may be hard if you don't know what a gradient is and i only use photoshop so i dont know how to do it on photo apps. BUT to make your life a little simplier in making these covers you could always just find 'neon' colored pictures.
tip 2: pinterest, weheartit, tumblr, even google, are the best places to find neon themed pictures. just type in 'red neon' or whatever colored pictures you want to find and a ton will pop up, trust me!

tip 3: the background/the text box does not have to be one of the colors in the photo itself but it helps blend and make everyone more pleasing to the eye and makes the theme come together. but use any color, in your image or not, you would like.whatever is more appealing to your eyes!
