The day you don't beg her,
the day you don't need to cry,
show her your love. The day she plays the strings with you,
the day she hears your heartstrings,
sing to her a song. The day will come,
that to your life she'll come,
but don't say you love her if she's a rose.
Don't swear love if you don't
know how to swear or how to love.
Don't take million bullets for her,
'cause I want you alive. The day she sleeps in your eyes,
the day you breath her hair,
wake her up with love. The day you fuck it up,
the day she fixes it up,
give her all your thoughts.Cause the day will come,
that to your life she'll come,
but don't say you love her if she's a rose.
Learn to hear the truth from the lie,
keep a strong heart, don't be fooled,
I want you focused. The day you turn down
and she picks you up,
look at her face.
The day you say you love her,
but her eyes won't say the same,
You can come into my arms.Don't let her swear love if she
doesn't know how to swear or how to love.
Cause I won't let you take one bullet
for anyone in the world.
Cause I've been waiting;
I've been patient.
And what's mine, no one's taking away.

Pendulum
PoetryTo me, Pendulum, my first collection of original poems, was a journey into myself. The pathway to self-discovery, emotional liberation, introspection and empowerment. Most importantly, I learned to understand better the concept of loving oneself.
