Sage's pov.
"I've got news" Maddy casually walks into the manor. A sheen of sweat on her forehead.
It's a month since my mother's dead, my father is still grieving over my mom's death, each day he go and spend a few hours by her window, just staring, crying silently by himself, Patunia has come out now, but she still doesn't talk as much.
I've send Maddy two days ago to inspect the hunters, learn their ways. To know what triggers them to seek werewolf, why they hate them so much. Why did my mother die of their hands when she didn't do them any harm.
"I've done what you have asked, I send one of my Minions 'is what you call them'. There are a lot, as soon as he entered the territory they knew, they saw his eyes, tested him with silver and then slaughtered him" she muttered seriously as she just stands there staring at me by the front door.
"I want to take the risk and go in" I informed, her eyes widen by my comment. Debating if I'm serious.
"your out of your mind Sage! They would see you from a distance with those... Those" she points to my eyes "silver eyes! There isn't a chance in hell that your going in there, over my dead body!" she screams at me. I don't care that I'm risking my life, I don't care of I would die doing it but I will find out why they killed my mother.
Before I could say anything Titan spoke up "Of course he can.. You just need practice.. You know learning to control your anger, getting contact lenses, learn to drive. Because all humans drives that machinery" he blurted out "If you don't know how to drive then they will definitely know your not human" he ends. Glancing back at Maddy she seems to think for a moment.
"yeah that might work but there is one problem... His eyes, they are too bright" she informs.
"what is contact lenses anyway?" I ask coyly, Titan chuckles as he walks closer to us. My eye brows crease As to know why he is laughing, no one ever told me what contact lenses are.
"Dear Sage, did your mother never told you about that?" she asks, I shake my head no, her smile growing by my answer.
"Let's keep it as a surprise?" Titan taunts me, I hate surprises! I once killed a puppy due to it, my dad carries a box that was moving, then he told me it's a surprise, the scared boy that I was I grabbed a knife and stabbed the box, killing the puppy. I cried for a week.
"no!" I eyed him, he seems unfazed by my voice.
"Watch me" he chuckles as he exits the house, me and Maddy watches each other for a moment.
"when do you want to go?" I thought for a moment, in my option I want to go as soon as possible. I don't want to lose any opportunity.
"tomorrow?" she sighs, nodding, she leens against the wall. Staring into space.
"as you wish. Josh can learn you how to drive over a week so in the meantime you just try and act human. I'll go into down and see if I can get any black contact lenses for you" she muttered pushing herself of the wall, lazily throwing the jacket around her, watching her every move as she does so. I never asked her how old she is but yet again Lycans don't age.
She exits the house, closing the door right behind her hearing the click, pulling my hand through my hair I turn around as I went up the stairs to my room.
Entering my room, I feel comfortable in it, pearl white walls. A bed in the Centre of the east wall,with my white and black beggings. And on the west side of the wall is my gaming side. The rest is like a normal room, book shelves on the walls and yes I like to read.
Flopping onto my bed, feeling the soft sheets kissing my skin, as it forces my eyes to close shut, and soon darkness overcomes me.

I awaken brutally by banging on my door, my eyes shot open as I look around in my surroundings. My focus goes to the door.
"What the f-" I muttered under my breath irritated, getting to my feet I swing the door open to see a familiar face, Maddy.
"Did I disturb you" she smirks cockly at me. Ever since I turned 16, Maddy likes to temp me or push me to my limits.
"Mhm, back so soon?" I ask rudely, wish she only laughs at, she pushes my door open further witch caused me to take a step back as she enters my room and make herself comfortable on my bed.
"it's been almost 5hours Sage" she stares up at me, it doesn't feel that I have slept so long. It felt like a hour or less.
"wow OK. You got anything?" I ask pointing to the small bag she's holding in her hands, a white plastic bag that is neatly printed 'Color Clinic'
She nods "yeah, I've got a few just in case. A rage of colors" she opens the bag, taking out small containers. I stare at it for awhile, I still don't know what it is.
"So... Ah, is it a kind of Liquid that you have to inject my eyes with?" I ask coyly, I feel embarrassed enough to not know what is it. She stares at me till she breaks out laughing.
"no, no it's nothing like that.. You'll see. Just come and sit" she prompts me to the spot next to her, I take nervous steps, sitting slowly.
"Now what?" I muttered unsure.
"Now my dear friend" she looks up to me smiling "you stay still" I gulped when she opened one container, it almost looks like eye balls but just the front side. The one she has now is a bright and dark blue.
"ARE YOU TAKING MY EYES OUT??" I panicked. She exhaled sharply.
"God dammit Sage! Do you really think I will plug your eyes out and replace them with new ones? No" she chuckles careless, she dips her finger into the liquid form getting the thing out so that it was laying on her finger.
"Ready?" she asks.
"NO" I protest, I'm starting to regret this idea, this looks dangerous.
"come on, it's not that bad" she tries to assure me.
"no" I muttered again, eyeing the little object on her finger, that thing looks sharp around the edges.
"fine" she gives in, my body relaxed but it soon ended when she whispered those words "I'll do it by force" and she launched herself at me, pulling my eye lid open, trying to pull her arm away and getting away from her, I failed.
I screamed bloody merry up top of my lungs, my heart is pounding in my chest, she keeps on forcing the object closer to my eye, seeing it come closer. Someone is laughing like their life is depending on it. Forcing myself to look where the laughter is coming from I see Xander, Titan and Patunia, all laughing at my suffering.
"Oh My God! Don't stand there help me!", i begged them witch only caused them to laugh even harder at My pleads.
"Your a wuss! Take it like a man" Titan laughs, falling to his knees as his face turns red.
Kicking and pushing I failed again, holding Maddy's wrists as they slowly slip out of my grip.
Her face screws up by the force she is pushing down, laying on top of me doesn't give me a great advantage at all.
My hands slip completely, sticking the object on to my eye ball, it felt like my heart just exploded, flinching away, shutting my eye close, as it crashes my pupil. Blinking the sting away I have noticed I still see perfectly, it's just it feels weird having something in my eye
She grins at me as she grabs the other one, watching me, holding the thing up to my face.
"DON'T YOU DARE!" I was to late before she came crashing down to me again.
