Sage's pov.

After hours of struggling and fighting, I gave in, she removed the blue ones because my eyes shine right through them.

We have tried every color she has bought, and the only color that remains is the Pitch black ones.

The feeling of things in my eyes irritates me but I bite through it. Maddy sights heavy, grabbing the last holder of the contact lenses as she removes it. She pry my eye open, putting them in, rolling my eyeball a few times as she does the same to the other side.

She steps back, awaiting for me to open my eyes so that she can have a look. If this color has no effect, I sure as hell am screwed.

Lifting my gaze to her, opening my eyes, a small smile creeps up to her lips and I knew these ones are a success.

"And?" I ask "how does it look?"

She seems in thought before she spoke "You look like your mother, only with brown eyes" she cheers, it sends a ping to my heart to know that I look like my mother. My mother is my pride and joy, I'm doing this for her, all for her.

"Thanks Maddy" I whispered softly. She clasps her hand together, collecting all the other contact lenses, throwing them in the trash.

"What now?" she prompts, taking a seat next to me. There is silence between us, as I'm thinking of my next move, I can even hear the children playing with their toys in the other rooms, that's how quiet it is.

"I geuss it's time for me to go" I muttered lowly. I know it hurts them for putting my life on the line for my mothers revenge, I don't have to kill a human, I would just like to know why.

I think that is my coal right now, nothing more and nothing less, my mother's deserves justice for the human that shot that arrow, just thinking of that arrow makes me want to hurl.

I miss my mother, who doesn't, she carried us all with her bare hands, she aided our wounds when we fell. She held us close when we want to give up, she's was My Queen and always will be.

"I still can't believe you are so stupid to do this Sage, it's a suicide mission" Maddy blurted out, and yes I know it's a suicide mission but it has to be done, I will try my best to change the humans prospective over us. I will make them understand that we mean them no harm, and we are just like them but... We are gifted with mothernatures power.

"I know Maddy, I know, but it's the only way" I murmur. She looks genuinely worried for my well-being and i would be too.

"Noo, It's the Sage way," she corrects with humor, it makes me smile of the way she said it.

"that's not very nice you know" I laughed at her. Her smile falters, she stares deeply at me, trying to find the right words.

"we all love you like our own Sage, please take care, look after yourself." she Beggs me. I nodded, bringing her into my embrace. Folding her arms around me. I don't know what my fate has in store for me. I just have to wait and see.

" This is fucking Stupid Sage! You have lost your bloody mind!" Patunia yells at me, we have arrived at the Hunters territory, just standing outside their borders, watching.

Maddy has bought me a shit load of cloths to wear while I'm here, Titan has told us that the leaders wears black suits so that is the kind of shit I have to wear.
