Sage's pov.
Mom always taught me to fight for the ones you love, but how do i fight for what I love when my mate is slowly turning into a full Bred Sycan?
It's impossible, to feel hopeless at this. this words still rings in my head, loud and clear. My whole world crashed down at me, i was complete and utterly useless.
Mom passed out soon after, we geuss it's the Moon Goddess that left. I still stand in the hallway in front of, Crystals room. Warm tears travel down my cheek and for the first time, i didn't care.
Just when I thought things can't get any worse. Jason yells and shattering or glasses soon followed. I rush into the room.
Jason laying on the ground, His lip split open and his breathing harsh. Next to him at the window, lies glass all over, a broken window. My heart dropped. Crystal escaped!
"I-I couldn't hold her anymore, she's transforming faster than before." Jason stuttered out of breath, he wipes the blood from his nose and mouth.
I could only stare in disbelief and sadness, i don't think my heart and soul can take much more before it would explode.
"Sage!" my mother's high pitch voice calls out. I snap my head toward the door. Sprinting toward my mother's room.
Just when I burst through the door, she screams, and not just any scream, a scream of sadness.
When I enter, she sits in the ground. Father holding her close as she cries her eyes out, the window seal has traces of blood. I take a glance back at my parents, taking wide strides toward them so that i can aid them. But there was no wounds on my mother or father.
I stare at them dumbfounded. "What just happened?" I ask. My dad gives me a sad look. his eyes carry so much worry.
"Crystal, she came into the room.. And took your sister." This can't be happening! I look around the room, for I don't know what even. maybe anything.
"I'll her her, i promise." just when I got to my feet to go downstairs, my dad hault me. is turn to him frustrated.
"Sycan's don't harm Females, but she will rip you apart. You can't go, i will not lose you also, we can work something out together." he silently begs, and for the first time, i can see the love in his voice, love for his son. I nodded nonetheless.

"I've heard of her before." Jason muttered. "A stubborn women that is." he said more to himself.
"I say let's go." I pop in, all eyes fall on me.
"Young man, it's almost a weeks journey." Anne said. Honestly I don't care. I want to get my sister back, i want to get my mate back. I want a normal life that everyone had.
