First thing that came to mind was, saving her, helping her. She is damaged beyond repare.
The other 3 stand behind me in horror, Akira having fear plastered all over her face. To be honest, I was afraid also, but not for them, for losing Patunia.
She did not deserve this, not one bit. Soo I take my chance, putting one step infront of the other, drawing closer to Her broken body. She eyes every movement. Her eyes are red from crying, every small vein can be seen. I could not bear to see her in this shape.
I take another 2 steps, but I got brutally stopped by her hands swinging out. "Don't, she's watching, they are watching. They will kill you..." her eyes scruches close "You have to run, Now.. They are coming!" she yelled full blown.
They? What did she mean by they?! "Who are coming Patunia?" I begged her. She looks at me through her watery eyes.
"Evil" is the only thing she says before my world got dark, and I was unconscious. For how long.. I don't know.
Pain was all I felt, my face was cold. I felt numb. My lungs burnt uncontrollable, it felt like someone took a burning white iron and pushed it down my throat.
A moaning sound gave me enough strength to open my eyes, a small camp fire was lit a few feet from my body that was laying in the snow.
Blinking several times I push myself up with my elbows, increasing the burn within my lungs, in which made me groan, it didn't sound very good at all.
"Take it slow" the women's voice echoed in my ear, I turn my head to see from whom it came and to my surprise, it was Akira.
The women I'm seeing right infront of me is a complete different person. She's more confident, less scared. I had to take a few minutes to make sure it Was Akira and not my mind fucking with me. And it was.
I sit up fully, after a few seconds of complete horrible dizziness. "What happened?" is the first thing that came to mind, but mostly I cared of what happened to Patunia, where was she, is she still OK? All that questions floated my mind like a roadecoaster. It made me nauseated.
"Well do you want the simple answer or the difficult?" her cocky voices rang. I raised an eyebrow at her, she was real checky for a girl that was a damsel in distress.
"Just tell me what the f... Just tell me" I almost lost my shit there for a moment. She looks at me, sighing.
"Fine, I'll give u the simple one. The Sycans came, took Jason and Maddy. And only left you and me behind.. I mean do you know how freaking heavy you were, I had to drag your ass all the way out here... Alone....." she bubbles.. My eyes wided.
They took them, I was losing my sanity about this fuckers. First, my mate and then my sisters and now my friends. I'm gonna los it.
I pushed my hands into my pockets to find the tube is still safe.
" We need to get them" I brought up before I even got to think this through. She shakes her head in a aggressive manner, if she shakes any harder, her head surely would come off.
"Not a damn chance in hell. Did you see that things.. Oo no wait, you didn't cause you were face planting the snow while I got the terrifying first hand shit. I ain't looking forward to that again. That things are scary." she pauses... Honestly, I did not expect her to say anything like that. And she opens her mouth, again.
"it's like going up to their door, saying 'Hey, bite of our heads and use it as a trophy cause we are fucking stupid' No. No. No, that isn't a option. We need to get more of your wolfy friends" I wanted to laugh soo bad at her, but this isn't a time. I have to admit, she has a point.
