A/N Sorry, just wanted to say this might be kinda bizarre and short...
EMILY'S POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The few days that passed were uneventful. Derik and Jackson stayed away from me and I fell for Sam. I was still handcuffed to the bedpost, but Sam let me heal. Everytime he came in my room he would just stroke my arm. It was kinda weird. I hadn't seen Bonnie since the car ride and was getting anxious. Was she okay? I hadn't heard much screaming and banging. Sam brought this calmness to the house. It was nice. Derik came in to let me use the bathroom. He unlocked my handcuffs and opened the door.
There was no mirror, just a toilet and shower with a small towel rack. I turned on the water. It ran down my back like ice. There was no heated water in this house. I cleaned my stomach with the pink bar of soap. Jackson had written bad girl, bad gi with his knife. If Sam hadn't stopped him, I bet he would've went on. I turned the water off and wrapped myself in a shabby towel. I dressed and dried my hair. Shorts and my jersy. Number 28. When I walked into my room I was surprised to Sam there.
"Hello, Baby," he said. Something about him was different. "Come sit with me." I sat next to him.
"Are you going to do my cuffs?" I asked. Sam shook his head. He picked up my arm and studied it. Sam laid me back. He watched me carfully, as if I were holding a gun to his head. What the heck? He stroked my hair.
"Baby," he said.
"What?" I said.
"Meet Anna." he replied.
"What?" I was so confused. Anna? Who was this chick? Before I could sit up, Sam put all his weight on me. "Help!" I choked.
"Come on, Baby, they don't have to know," he cooed. I felt stupid. This guy was a sicko. I pushed him off me, or at least tried. He put a rag to my face and I blacked out.
I woke up in a tiny cement room. I was tied up against a chair, facing some girl. This must be Anna, I thought. I heard screaming.
"Where's Emily! Please, no! Please!" It was Bonnie. Blood spattered my nose. I looked up. Blood dripped from cracks in the ceiling. Bonnie! I screamed.
"BONNIE!" I screamed until I heard footsteps.
"Shut up!" Someone yelled from upstairs. Gunshots went off. I felt my chest get tighter. Oh no!
"Duck!" Anna yelled. A knife hushed past my head. Someone grabbed my hair and pulled my head up.
"Oh, you really are a bad girl, Baby," was whispered into my ear.
"Sam, what are they doing to Bonnie?" I asked. My voice was hysterical.
"Playing." he said. Sam walked over to Anna and whispered something in her ear.
"Make me!" she spat. Literally, right after she said that she spit at Sam. Sam picked up a plate and bashed it against the back of her head. She screamed in agony.
"No screaming!" Sam yelled, cutting her with one of the glass shards. Anna glared a response. "How about you, Baby," he said calmly, like he hadn't just broken someone's skull open .
"What?" I said.
"Go retrieve Bonnie," he said softly. I nodded. Sam released my hands. I walked up the steps, dreading what awaited me at the top. Bonnie was in a closet, just barely alive. Her frail body was crumpled and stained with blood.
"Emily," she breathed.
"I'm so s-sorry," I sobbed. I kissed her forehead. Her blood was salty, but I buried my face in her angel hair. I picked her up and carried her downstairs. My cheeks must've been tearstained because Sam commented on how touching it was. I want to kill him, stab him, make him pay. I set Bonnie down and sat there, watching her chest rise and fall. When Sam bid us goodnight, I told him to let his blood stain his grave. That got me a cut on the cheek and a minor concussion. I hummed through the night. Through the dark.
A/N Like it? I know it wasn't very short, but it was kinda bizarre, and sad... :*( Oh well, till next time!
