EMILY'S POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bonnie let out a demented noise. It was a cross between a gargle and choking. I hugged her, squeezing her fragile frame. She was eight. Those monsters tortured her at eight!
I sat there for a bit, holding Bonnie, crying out my guts. I checked the time. It was 10:15. I had been let out at 8:35. I'd been here for two hours and 20 minutes.
"Let's go home," I said softly. Bonnie and I got out and headed for Maple Street. We reached the house by 10:20. Good thing we live so close to the hospital. I set Bonnie to bed. After that I grabbed my iPod. They'd be able to track me. I set out into darkness. 11:05.
I reached Crimson Alley in a few minutes.
"Sam!" my voice echoed down the alley, bouncing off the brick walls. I took a few steps forward before I was grabbed by someone and a hand was placed over my mouth.
"Hello, Baby," a rough voice whispered in my ear. Fear swallowed me whole and I began to whimper. Sam was back.
I heard a truck open and watched people walk out. It was too dark to decipher who was who, but my mom was among the people. A bulky figure slammed his fist into another person and they fell. That must've been my mom. The one who had hit my mom came closer. Jackson.
Sam picked me up and set me in the trunk. Jackson drove while Sam sat with me in the back. Everytime I tried to crawl away from him he would pull me back and hit me. I cried most of the way to Sam's hideout. I fell asleep after about 2 hours.
I woke up in a queen size bed. My ankles were cuffed to the bed. I sat up and remembered where I was. I'd been abducted yet again. Sam was waiting in the corner. He walked over and sat on my legs. I cowered in fear as he pushed me into the bed.
"Welcome home, Emily."
