Annabeth POV

After the battle at the Parthenon, everyone was exhausted. Especially Jason and Percy. They had done the most work out of all of us, having to make a storm out of nothing. After they had collapsed, we agreed that we would head to Delphi tomorrow.

Suddenly, an Iris message appeared on the deck. It was Chiron and he did not look happy.

"When are you  coming back?" he asked us urgently, "The camp needs its best campers."

"What's wrong Chiron?" I asked him.

"The shields have broken. Monster attacks have become more frequent. The senior demigods were are the ones fighting but the new ones have to too. We already lost Travis Stoll and Chris Rodriguez. Clarisse refuses to come out of her cabin so we need you, "Chiron told us.

"I'm sorry Chiron but we have to finish the quest," I apologised. Chris and Travis dead. I felt bad for Clarisse and Connor.

Chiron grimaced. "I expected you to say that," he muttered, "Please try to come back as quickly as you can."

"We will," Thalia promised and swept through the connection.

We were silent for a while before Piper broke it. "We should go to sleep for the battle at Delphi tomorrow, assuming there is a battle, " Piper gave a nervous chuckle. We all knew that there definitely would be a battle the next day. Thus, we all went below decks to our cabins.I lay down on my bed and fell asleep immediately.

*In dream*

I was in the middle of a courtroom in Tartarus with Giants surrounding me. I shivered involuntarily. I was ready to force myself to wake up but because this might have important information, I stayed put.

Porphyrion boomed with laughter. "Those demigods have no idea that in two days, the sacrifice will no longer close the doors!" The other giants chuckled. I was shocked. We would have to say goodbye to Luke in two days?

Porphyrion opened his mouth to say something else but at that moment, my dream ended.

*end of dream*

I woke up, startled. Dang that dream! I thought. But one thing was for sure. We would soon have to say goodbye to Luke.

In the morning, I crawled out of bed and trudged up the stairs up to the deck. I knew that I would have to tell the other members about my dream. Bracing myself, I stepped into the breakfast room. Piper looked at me, concerned. She had always been the best at reading my feelings. I took a deep breath. "I had a dream last night." That caught everyone's attention.

Luke's face hardened. "It was about me wasn't it."

"Yes, it was. We only have two days to close the doors" I regretted bringing that subject up at once.

Luke should have been able to read my expression as he replied, "Its okay. I have been expecting this."

"Anything else?" Hazel prompted.

"Unfortunately, my dream ended there," I confessed.

"First things first, lets choose the quest members." Luke said.

"I volunteer," Thalia immediately offered.

"We would like to too," Angel and Phoebe volunteered," We can't just let our lieutenant walk into danger."

"Well, no problem in that," Jason said.

"So I guess we'll set off now," Luke muttered.

"Goodbye Luke," We all said.

"There is a miniature Argo III below decks," Leo mentioned.

"Thank you everyone." As he walked below decks, none of us could help but choke up.
