Yoongi POV
I woke up, groaning as the sun hit my face. It was another busy Monday and I really didn't want to get up. Something caught my eye and I sat up looking at it closly. It was a stem of three white flowers laying on my desk. I don't remember seeing those yesterday when I headed to bed. I dragged myself out of bed and walked over to my desk. I looked closly seeing a tiny white note attached to one of the flowers. I held it infront of myself, letting my eyes focus on the writing.
"Dear Yoongi, I know you're going to have a stressful and busy day but I hope you take a moment to smile and be happy because knowing that you're happy makes me happy. Lots of love- Adeline." I cracked a small smile. "That's so sweet.." I whispered to myself. How did she even place them there without me waking up? She really cares that much about me that much?
I mean, I can't really explain how I feel about her. She's gorgeous that's for sure, but I'm just not sure if she actually feels sometype of way towards me or she just loves being my friend. I mean, what if she likes Jungkook? I mean, even I would. "Dear Jungkook...." I heard a loud voice say. I opened the door to my room and saw Jungkook standing in the hall with the exact same little white paper and yellow flowers in his hands. My heart dropped as I noticed that she didn't do it for me only. "Oh Hyung! Look! Adeline left me flowers!" I faked a smile. "She also left me flowers!" His smile dropped the way my heart did when I noticed. "Oh." Was all he said before heading back to his room.
I basically threw my flowers onto my bed before entering the Kitchen seeing Namjoon back-hugging Jin whilst he was cooking. "Morning?" They both flinched and let go of one another blushing. "Morning Yoongi." They both said. "Morning lovey doveys." They giggled making me roll my eyes. "Adeline left us all flowers since she won't be around for awhile." My whole body froze and I slowly turned around. "What do you mean with that?" Namjoon awkwardly scratched the back of his head, avoiding my eyes. "Well she was just saying that she's going on a trip or something." I nodded feeling heavy. I won't be able to see her this whole week? That's going to be terrible.
"Does Jungkookie know?" They gave me a confused look as if what I just said was stupid. "Why would he care?" I wanted to slap Namjoon so hard right now for his obliviousness. Haven't they noticed the way they smile at each other or how passionate that dance was? Or how he'd stare at her with admiration? Were they really that oblivous? "Whatever..." My apetite was ruined by those bad news and I headed to my room. I heard faint whispers coming from Jungkook's room and I decided to eavesdrop. "Yes, I got the flowers, they're beautiful just like you." My stomach churned and I quickly entered my room.
Who was he talking to? He couldn't be talking to her, they didn't exchange numbers right? The sun was shining through the light grey curtains letting a single ray of sunlight shine onto my bed where the flowers laid. "Why can't I be your chosen one? Can't we be for the long-run?" I whispered to myself as I slowly layed back down playing with the snow white flower petals.
