Bangtan decided to celebrate their album success by going out to eat. Adeline and Jinhae, one of Jimin's close girl friends, were invited and gladly came. Ever since Jungkook and Adeline tried to clear things up with Yoongi, he has been quite agitated whenever he thought of the two. He just couldn't get himself to believe that they were only friends.
Adeline sat inbetween Jungkook and Yoongi and could already feel the tension between the two. She just needed to sit next to Jungkook since she might slip into little space and Yoongi because she likes him. She really does, it's just complicated. Jinhae actually also liked Yoongi but he didn't know, well nobody actually knew. She sat next to Yoongi and she knew she could hog his attention this way.
Everyone was chit chatting about small topics and Adeline was actually having a lot of fun. Jungkook admired how her eyes glistened with excitement when someone talked about something she was passionate about or how her lips automatically curled into a grin when she recieved a compliment. He admired it all and so did Yoongi.
Whilst Jinhae played with her bleached hair whilst staring at Yoongi's milky skin and cherry red lips, Yoongi was just doozing off. Jin and Adeline were talking about his EatJin's when he suddenly mentioned a sensitive topic. "So do the fans actuallly bully you?" Something in Adeline clicked and she was on the verge of crying. Jungkook almost immediately noticed, quickly answering for her, "She has been mistreated by our fans." Everyone furrowed their eyebrows at Jungkook as he answered for Adeline , who still felt like crying.
"I-I didn't want to say anything." She quickly said and everyone returned to their meal. Yoongi was still confused on why Jungkook answered but he let it slide. Jinhae used this opportunity to recieve Yoongi's attention. She twirled her hair when Yoongi turned to face her and puckered her lips a little. "So, what was your favourite thing about the mic drop remix?" He scrunched his face as her bad breath hit his face. "Uhh meeting Aoki and Designer I guess?" She nodded not actually interested in how he felt.
A small tear already fell from Adeline, whilst she was rapidly tugging at Jungkook's shirt. He tried to ignore her but he quickly turned to her when she let out a small whimper. "Excuse....us." He said before taking Adeline's hands and dragging her to the bathroom. She was being bratty by tugging at her hands to make it harder for Jungkook but since he was strong that wasn't really a hinderance.
As Yoongi was sickly worried and curious since Adeline and Jungkook had just left without saying a singe word. Jinhae stopped him from going and he couldn't say anything. Adeline on the other, was triggered by the sudden question from Jin. She began to tug at Jungkook's shirt desperate for her Dada's attention. Jungkook tried his best to ignore it but he gave up when he saw the large tears that started to swell in her eyes. "C'ommon." He softly whispered. She stood up and stomped to the rest room with him feeling annoyed.
Dada was ignoring her and she didn't like it. Once they got there, Adeline didn't hesitate to throw a tantrum. "Sweetie, please calm down." Jungkook tried but Adeline wouldn't stop sobbing and if she didn't stop people would assume she was being hurt. "Dada ignore Adeline. That hurt." Jungkook's heart ached as those word left Adeline. She really did sound hurt and he didn't mean to hurt her but if his Hyungs found out he would be dead.
Jungkook let Adeline give him a bear hug as she sobbed even harder. Her sobbing died down but she still shook violently. She was really hurt and sensitive when she was in little space. "Listen here Doll, when Dada is talking Adeline has to wait okay?" Adeline looked up at Jungkook nodding. "Yes Dada." She whispered sweetly. He wiped her salt stained cheeks before requesting,"You okay now? Switch for Dada." She closed her eyes focusing on herself.
"Jungkook! Why is it that whenever I get out of little space I'm hugging you?" She asked outraged. Jungkook just laughed." Because you're a cry baby and super sensitive." She slapped his chest and they walked back to group who was happily chatting away. "Oh Adeline we were just talking about you!" V said excitedly. The two just sat down again and Adeline was already attentive to what Jimin was saying. She also noticed how Yoongi was laughing at something Jinhae said. She had jealously filling her veins instantly but she tried her best to control it.
"Okay, so if you could choose between Yoongi or Kookie, who would it be?" The three of them turned their head toward Jimin in shock. Then the two boys turned their heads to Adeline who felt small in her seat. "Well, does she have to answer that?" Jungkook asked knowing that she wouldn't answer. "Obviously she does! We made Namjoon confess his undenying love for Jin!" Everyone laughed but Namjoon who was now a dark shade of red.
Was she going to answer and tell them the truth?
