(Six's P.O.V)
I was laying on my bed until I heard three knocks on my door. "Come in," I said getting up into a sitting position on my bed, the door opens up and Eve, Roger, and a lady who looked similar to my mother whom I'm guessing is Eve's mother came in, all saying "Happy Birthday Six!". My eyes widen, today was my birthday, and I didn't even remember, of course it's not like I been celebrating my birthday for the past 3 years because of the whole 'My mom wants to kill me because of my beauty' but it's not like it bother me, Roger always remind me on how old I was, when he came to resupply my food supplies. Eve and Roger handed me two gift boxes, one from each, I opened them up...
Inside Roger's gift was two dolls , one of them was a replica of me wearing my usually yellow raincoat unbutton and it's hood down, revealing it's blue hair, I didn't say anything Roger must not have known he had the blue yarn in his hand, it had black buttons for eyes, it was pretty in a strange way. The other one was a replica of Seven, and he got all the features correct, from the blue button eyes to his pale skin. "Dark said you would like it," Roger said, I smiled at the nickname Roger gave Eve though I still prefer the nickname Seven came up with. I opened Eve's gift next, inside was a notebook with a bunch of new art supplies. "I saw you were running out of crayons, so I went and got some new art supplies from the land nearby," She told me, her voice changing every once and a while... It was a little disturbing, to say the least, but I still thanked her...
The shadow form of my mom finally spoke in a gentle voice, "My, My, Six, you have grown from the last time I saw you, but then again, you were just born... I hope my sister hasn't done anything very harsh with you, I guess I'm to blame for not keeping her emotions in check" she said, her voice sounds like my grandmother's yet different in a way. She soon sat next to me on the bed. "What are you planning on doing for your birthday?" She asked, looking at me with her white pupil eyes, "Nothing much, it's not I could do much here" I told her, looking away, she soon frown.
"Nonsense, Your Birthday Is A Celebration Of Your Birth, Let's Throw A Small Party, And Invite Everyone On The Maw, Including The Prisons Kids! It Will Be Wonderful, We'll Play Some Music, Eat Some Good Food, You'll Be Blow Out Your Candles, Show Off Your Skills! OH! Think Of The Possibilities!" She said with such positivity as she walked out of the room, taking Roger along with her, she's the opposite of my mom, Mom didn't like to have parties, she prefers to only show her beauty and talents when people come to the maw once a maw, oh look I'm calling mother, mom again, that hasn't happened in a long time... "What do you think of my mom so far" Eve asked, as she sat next to me. "She seems nice, very different from my mother," I told her as I looked at the floor, this might be fun...
(Meanwhile At The Prison)
(Seven's P.o.v)
I was playing with some of the other kids in the play area when the door opened, a woman wearing a short black dress, her long hair was put into two ponytails put down, black heels with fish-net stockings, black heels, and red eyes, everyone started to yell out DEMON! "You shouldn't say such nasty things, especially since I was going to do something so nice for you all!" She said, her voice adding a whine at the end. "What was it, you were going to do, Miss?" I asked since all of the other kids were in a corner, "Well I was going to invite you all to a party, It's the new lady's birthday, after all, she's 10 now!" she said so happily, and as soon as she said birthday, I covered my ears because in 1... 2... 3- "10?!?!" everyone else yelled in confusion, Six already told me how old she was, and I was surprised to hear her age, since she wasn't even double digits and she's been told to run the maw as the new lady, it's a little sad really...
"I know, it's the youngest anyone has ever run the maw, but we had to make some adjustments since the previous lady is no longer with us, if she was, we would have waited until she was at least 18 or even 16, it was her mother's decision," the woman said, "but enough of that for now, let's enjoy the celebration, I'm guessing the new lady has been treating you well?" she added on, and everyone nod since Six has been treating everyone well, the chefs now serve us better meals, saying it was an order, we can move around a bit more freely but we will still have some boundaries like the lady's quarters, the depths, the lady's residence, and lastly any of the staff's rooms, which is a bit understandable, not to mention Six has been giving gifts to everyone, she isn't anything like the previous lady. "So, will you attend the celebration?" The woman asked us, of course, everyone said yes since they had no reason to say no...
"That's Great! It's Going To Be Amazing, This Is First Party The Maw Has Had In Years!" She shouted with joy, as she exited the room, I think to prepare for the party. I was going to go back to play with the other kids when Roger said "Alright all of you, come with me, we are going to follow that lady to the place where the party will be held", everyone nodded, stand up and got into a line, we walked out of the prison area, and towards the elevator, all leading to an area I know all too well for all the wrong reasons, not soon after we ended at hallway leading to the residence, walking through that hallway send shivers down my spine. Once we got to the main room, and in some ways, it looked different in some ways, it was light up, it was tidier than before, the books were nowhere to be seen, the furniture on the sides of the stairs have been moved and replaced with long table and chairs. "Oh, you're here! That's great! I could start finding some clothes for all of you to put on at the party" I, we all heard that same voice from before, we looked up, and saw the same woman as before at the top of the staircase, she walked down the stairs, "Roger take the boys up the stairs to the room to the left, there you will be met by two of my shadow workers, they will help the boys get dressed up for the party, I'll take the girls" she said, and just like that we were seperated into two group, but before we went to the rooms, I wanted to know something. "Miss Lady?" I spoke while tugging on the woman's skirt, "Yes boy?" She responded looking down at me, "What's your name?" I asked again. She simply just smiled at me and spoke in a voice that seemed eerily familiar, "My name is Toshi Dee, but just call me Shadow"

WOAH THAT WAS A LONG TIME FOR A CHAPTER UPDATE! Anyways I hoped you joined the latest chapter of my LN fanfic, I haven't been updating much on this fanfic because of the ask and dares thing, and I'm probably not going to be to update that before June, maybe somewhere in the late of June or early of July will it be updated but IN THE MEANTIME YOU CAN CHECK OUT THESE AWESOME PEOPLE!
