train tracks

I woke up and went to take a shower and changed afterwards I went to eat breakfast, while I was eating  lucas walked to the kitchen and served his plate of eggs and bacon , I quickly finish my plate and go watch my teeth and lucas does the same

then I head out the bathroom and go to the living room Mr.smith was already here he waved at us and told maddie and michael their mission and they headed out We alredy knew ours so I just headed for the door then Mr.smith placed his arm on the doorframe so he was blocking me from passing

I quickly look up then he says " I need you guys to get along " I replied " dont wish for miracles . He rolled his eyes and we walked out the door , we headed towards the train tracks then we saw another pair like us ,

walking our way the girl had a smirk and so did  the boy he looked my way and flashed me a wink , I dont know why but I just got this weird feeling normally when someone did that I would just flirt back so thats what I did ignoring the feeling in my stomach .

The four of us get on the train and that is where it all begins you could hear gunshot so me and lucas ran to the top of the rain and started jumping each wagon and running but it was no use because they were catching up fast

me and lucas looked at each other for a second before I felt a hand on my hip and turned me around it was one of the others he pushed me to the floor then kicked my stomach to which I winced in pain then I could feel the girl come and slap me

I was weak but I had to show otherwise so I stood up and kicked and punched then ran , then I found lucas running towards me , and mouthing the words "watchout" I quickly turn around and I come face to face with the others then he pushed me off the train

, and I tried to hold on but It was no use , then lucas comes grabs me by the waist the pulls me up we fall on top of each other and quickly get up and start running I had blood streaming down my cheek and im pretty sure I had multiple bruises then while we were running

, I took my two guns and started fire , and knocked both of them dead , Since i was so tired and in a lot of pain I just feel to the floor and felt lucas rush over to me and whisper something I dint not understand but afterwards it went black .

I opened my eyes to find myself on my room on my apartment, lucas was sitting on the side and he rushed over to mine and asked me " how do you feel " i replied " like shit" he smiled and then in a more serious tone said" hey i can help you cure your bruises if you want i dint do it before because I wanted to ask if you were okay with it  I nod and reply "whatever "

, he gives me a warm smile back then puts out his hand for me to take it I laugh then stand up on my own , when I try to stand up my legs fail me because of the immense pain they  were in he held my waist and looked into my eyes and said " you okay?" I quickly noded and he led the way to the bathroom holding my waist since I couldn't stand up then placed me on the toilet seat then he grabed a cotton pad and placed his free hand on my face he look at me

, and I noded giving him a sign of approval, he took the cotton pad and said" hey this is gonna hurt just a bit " I quickly nod and the places the cotton pad on my face I quickly wince in pain then the look on his face softens and he says" im so sorry " I just nod and answer "its not your fault" , he gave me a half smile

, which i had to admit was adorable , but thats it thats the only thing I liked about that boy , when he finishes he pulls out his hand for me to take and instead of holding me by my waist he decided to carry me to bed , I mean I wasn't complaining , he laid me down and placed the comforter , then went to his side and kept distance .

then out of nowhere my father enters the room and starts to scream lucas wakes up and my father beats him till he cant breathe I cry and cry then he comes over to me it was my turn now he kicked and slapped me and hit me then he said "you are useless "

I screamed then I sat down in bed panting , Lucas quickly sat up and looked at me , he had a worried expression I just gave him a fake smile and im pretty sure he noticed cause he responded " you dont have to pretend" I noded and this time it was genuine .

he rubbed my shoulder and said" whatever it is you are okay " slient tears were still falling from my face , he took his fingers and wiped them away , he took my head and placed it in his chest and we stayed like that for the rest of the night

the next day we had another mission we were waiting for Mr.smith he knocked and we opened he came running towards me and asked if I was okay I quickly noded and said Lucas helped me . He smiled then said okay well then off you go and waved , we ran out of the apartment

and our mission today was in an airplane because one of the men was about to escape Mr.smith helped us sneak our guns , we were seated behind him , so this was gonna be easy , I stood up and injected acid into his body and it didn't take long before the man lost it

since we were close the planed headed back to new york so we got down from the plane  and ran home , as we where walking a girl with blonde hair walks our way , she grabs lucas shoulder , and i feel my blood starting to boil

lucas just smiles at her , then she twirls her hair , and places a kiss on his cheek totally not paying attention to my presence she handed him a piece of paper with her number in it , I quickly took it and broke it the girl looked at me with a weird facial expression while lucas just has a smile ,

I turn to her and say " listen little dumass , we dont have time for your horrible fliring " with that I grab lucas arm and walk away , then he smiles and I roll my eyes , then say " like what you see , take a picture it will last longer " I quickly look at him and I notice his cheeks are pink so I smile to myself , we get to the apartment and Mr.smith was there

, he was watching the news he saw us enter and started clapping , we both smiled ,then he said " listen I gotta head out but whatever you need call me " I quickly nod and he walks out , then a few minutes later lucas tells me he is going to the rooftop to practice his gunshots I nod and he walks away

a few minutes later the door opens then I say " how many bottles did you miss Im guessing all of them " but i got no reply , I quickly turn around and there she was the girl from the street, she smiled at me before walking over and pointing a gun to my head , I stayed still dint move a muscle ,

she smiled then said " listen dumbass that boy is mine so back away " I just noded and said " okay , whatever you say" she smiled then pulled the trigger .

I had to , anyway hope you guys are enjoying this story so far this book is prewritten so yeah anyway , next chapter is gonna be in lucas pov
