Everyone was fighting. The Witch scanned the field with her eyes, watching as people from her army and people from Peter's army got killed. That's when she decided to get involved and ordered the polar bears to pull her forward. Te rest of her army followed behind her. Peter was fighting a minotaur and slashed it's face, killing it. He looked up to see the Witch was now in motion, heading towards his army. Behind Peter, on the mountain, Edmund yelled. "Fire!" A woman centaur fired a flaming arrow into the air, which a phoenix flew beside to catch the flame, and burst into flames as he flew down across the field, drawing a line of fire between the Witch and the other half of her army, and the half of army Peter and his army were currently fighting. Peter's army cheered as the plan worked. Whoo, go Peter! "Yes!" Mr. Beaver yelled from his spot standing next to Edmund. Peter lifted his face mask to see better. The victory was short lived as the Witch used her ice staff to put out the fire so her and her army could cross. Peter turned around in his horse and yelled. "Fall back! Draw them to the rocks!" The horn sounded as Peter put down his face mask and started galloping towards the mountain. On the mountain, Mr. Beaver said. "That's the signal. Come on!" Edmund and Mr. Beaver, along with the other archers spread out across the mountain as Peter and him army ran back towards them, the Witch's army following them. Edmund raised his sword, signalling the archers to raise their bows. As soon as Peter and the army were close enough, Edmund swung his sword down, signalling for the archers to fire. Many arrows hit the creatures behind Peter, who was the last to gallop back, leaving a pile of bodies. One archer from the Witch's side shot an arrow into the unicorn Peter was riding, making the unicorn fall, and Peter do a front flip of off him. Peter! Peter grunted as he hit the ground and Oreius and a rhinoceros turned back. Edmund looked down at our brother in fear as the archers continued to shoot. Peter stood up and looked at the oncoming army, charging towards him. He turned around just in time to see Oreius and the rhinoceros charge past him towards the Witch's army. "Stop!" Peter yelled at them, but they didn't listen. The rhino was the first one to get down after a few seconds of charging the army. Oreius slashed anyone who got in his way, and even shoved a giant into a boulder. He had a sword in each of his hands as he galloped towards the Witch. A minotaur challenges him but Oreius knocked the axe of of his hands. The minotaur did manage to hold onto his body though. Oreius used one of his swords to stab him in the back, but when that didn't work, he did the same with his other sword. Finally the minotaur fell off his back and Oreius pulled out one giant sword that he used both hands to hold. He shouted as he used it to slash a minotaur, killing it. Everyone watched as he challenged the Witch. Oreius jumped over her and tried to slash his throat but she leaned back so it wouldn't hit her. He turned around and clashed swords with her and before he got another chance to stab or slash the Witch, she stabbed him with her staff, turning him to stone.
Lucy shook my shoulders. "We're here." She told me and I looked around. We were in the yard of the Witch's castle. More like a graveyard because of all the statues who once were people who got turned into stone. I hopped off Aslan's back and ran around the graveyard with my sisters. Then we saw one statue that broke Lucy and my's hearts. We walked towards him and once we saw his face, now sure it was him, we started sobbing. Mr. Tumnus. Susan pulled us both into her arms, comforting us. Aslan walked up beside us and we pulled back from Susan to look over at him. Aslan blew air onto him and then backed away. The three of us watched as the statue turned back into Mr. Tumnus. He gasped and stumbled forward once he was completely back to being himself. Lucy and I rushed forward to catch him. Once he lifted his head to see both of us, the tree of us laughed in relief and happiness to see each other. All three us of turned to look at Susan. "Susan, this is-" I started to introduce him, but Susan cut me off. "Mr. Tumnus!" She surprised all three of us by rushing forward to give him a hug. After a few seconds, she pulled back and Lucy and I rushed forward and gave him a hug. "Come, we must hurry and search the castle." Aslan said and well all looked over at him. Many other creatures were already back from being a statue. "Peter will need everyone we can find."
We found everyone that was in the castle and Aslan turned them back. Now we were riding on his back, back towards the battle. Speaking of, I decided I wanted to see how it was going.
Peter.
Peter was looking around at the battle raging all around him. His side was losing and he knew it. Two griffins flew down towards the Witch, trying to attack her but she stabbed the first one and turned the other one into stone, which fell and crashed into a boulder, smashing into a million pieces, taking out a bunch of creatures who got hit by the pieces. Peter held up his shield to block the pieces of stone that flew at him. He looked at the Witch, who was still a bit away but headed for him, and he turned to face Edmund who was fighting an ogre. "Edmund! There's too many! Get out of here!" Get the girls and get them home!" Peter ordered our brother before he stayed fighting a minotaur. Mr. Beaver pulled on Edmund's arm. "You heard him! Let's go!" They started to run away, up the hill, but Edmund turned back to look. Peter was in the middle of fighting a minotaur and an ogre at the same time and the Witch was only a little bit away and headed towards him. Edmund unsheathed his sword. "Peter said get out of here!" Mr. Beaver reminded him. "Peter's not king yet." Edmund replied before he ran down the hill towards the Witch. He jumped down off a rock, yelling, getting the Witch's attention. She turned around and tried to stab him with her staff, but Edmund dodged it and brought down his sword, breaking the wand causing a big blue flash, getting everyone's attention, including Peter's. They clashed swords a few times before the Witch knocked his out of his hand and stabbed him right in the stomach.
I brought myself out of the vision yelling. "EDMUND!!" Lucy and Susan glanced at each other in worry and tried to talk to me, but I wasn't listening. My mind completely focused on Edmund. Aslan let us off his back when we were almost to the top of the mountain and Susan and Lucy ran with the people that we had rescued to the top, but I was already running down the other side. I ran past many creatures that were fighting and I dodged a few blows, but I wasn't going to fight with anyone. I ran past Peter and the Witch who were fighting, and I would've stopped usually, but I couldn't think of anything except Edmund. I finally got to Edmund and fell to my knees beside him. He was alive, but just barely. He was struggling to breathe and was gasping so I tried to help by taking his helmet off of him. I looked up to see a dwarf with an axe approaching Edmund and I. I took my dagger out of my belt and swung it at him, hitting him right in the heart, killing him. I sat behind Edmund and lifted up his head and put it on my lap. Susan, Lucy, and Peter ran up to Edmund and I and fell to their knees around him as well. Lucy took out her healing juice and dripped one drop into Edmund's mouth. He became silent and stopped moving. "No." I sobbed out, tears streaming down my cheeks as I looked at Edmund's still body. Suddenly, Edmund started coughing and opened his eyes. My sobs turned into chuckles of relief and I brushed my hand through his hair. Peter quickly scooped him up in the biggest hug I had ever seen them have. One of the only ones I had ever seen them have. After a few seconds, Peter pulled back to look at Edmund. "When are you gonna learn to do as you're told?" Peter chuckled out. I rushed forward and gave Edmund a hug from behind. Lucy hugged Edmund from one side, Susan from the other, and Peter from the front. It was a group hug of happiness and relief that Edmund was alive. Soon we all pulled away to look at Aslan who was approaching us. Edmund looked shocked, because he was the only one who didn't know he was alive yet. Aslan turned to face a statue and breathed on it, turning it back. Lucy picked up her vial of healing juice and stood up before she started running around the field, healing everyone she could from our side. I let out a chuckle before I quickly moved forward and attacked Edmund in a hug. I held onto him like I thought I would never see him again, which I didn't when I thought he was dead. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me back, just as tight as I was hugging him. "I love you." I told him. "I love you too, Kat." He replied.
