Preparations were at full swing in both houses. While Krithika was having fun with people decking her up, Rishi was annoyed.
Rishi's House
"Rishi wear your Sherwani quickly, I need to do your makeup.."Said Sruthi
"Have you lost whatever little mind you have Shru, why the hell do I need to put on makeup.." He said horrified
"Will you shut up and hurry up Mr.Arrogant, it is your Wedding and you can't look like a caveman, Iam sure Kriths will look respledent, you have to atleast match her if not be better.." She huffed
"Shru I look better than your so called friend, infact she should thank her stars that Iam marrying her, so please shut up.."Said he putting his foot down.
Sighing Shruthi went downstairs to look into other preparations.
Wedding Venue
The bride and the bridegroom arrived at the venue and the relatives couldn't stop gushing about the good looking pair.
Kritika looked gorgeous in her dark pink Kanchipuram saree and diamond jewellery while Rishi looked dapper in his white sherwani.
While the bride couldn't stop ogling at her groom, he had a permanent smirk on his face, seeing his effect on his bride.
Krithika's eyes had happy tears while she bent her head down, as Rishi tied the scared thread.
She had to pinch herself several times to believe that she is Finally married to her childhood crush, the very thought of spending her whole life with him excited her to no end, she felt like the luckiest girl In the world.
After the exhausting wedding ceremony they headed for Rishi's home.
Thier parents decided to put them in a different Car to give them the much needed privacy.
They did not speak anything through out the journey.
Krithika just laid her head on Rishi's shoulder feeling tired and overwhelmed.
Rishi didn't know what to do he just let her be, occasionally laying his hand on her head when the Car jerked preventing her from hurting her head.
That small gesture filled krithika's insides with warmth, smiling to herself she laid there in peace, dreaming about her future, with her Prince charming.
