Chris POV

I can't believe my daughter is born. Yes I do claim her even if she's that monster baby. As soon as I laid eyes on her, I knew she was mine regardless. Sad news was after Aria gave birth she went into a coma. "Sir, do you have a name for the baby." The nurse who help give birth asked me. I looked at her confused. Snap! Aria never told me. Nemi came to the doctor. "Her first name is Saniya and her middle name is Chaney. " She told the doctor. "What's her last name?" The nurse asked. I spoke up before Nemi could speak. "Rains. Her last name is Rains." The doctors handed me some papers to left. Saniya Chaney Rains, sound so catchy. She is going to be forever my little girl.

They told me I could take Saniya home in the morning so that night I stayed in the room holding Aria hand hoping she would wake up. Tears actually started to come out. "Baby I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for you to go through any of this. I'm always here for you baby. I love you so much. I never met such an amazing girl as you. You complete me and to know you not here to see our beautiful baby girl, just crush me. Wake up baby." My eyes was all watery. I laid on the bed near her. I soon fell asleep.

The next morning, Aria was still not up. The doctor soon came into our room with my beautiful daughter. "Sir, you may now take your daughter home. " I smiled. Even through I wasn't there for Aria when she needed it, I will be here for Saniya. She handed me a paper to sign out, when I was done she gave me Saniya. I smiled down at her as she looked at me with her pretty hazel eyes. I walked out carrying the baby bag that Nemi had brought back to the hospital.

*MONTHS LATER*

It's been 6 months and Aria is still not awake. I been stressing so much and I wasn't really sure how to handle a baby. My mom was at work so I turned to the only other person who I knew would help. My cousin Lilly. I dialed her number and she picked up on the 3rd ring.

"Lilly I need your help." I explained to Lilly what was going on. At first Lilly was unsure but she finally cracked and agreed to help me out. Lilly was at my door in 20 minutes. She brought diapers and clothes. "I thought these may help." She said as I smiled. She picked up Saniya and looked at her for along minute before she cradled her. "She look so much like Aria." I nodded feeling my heart starting to break again. "You look tired bighead. Go rest and I'll watch Saniya." I gave her a 'you sure look' and she nodded towards my bedroom and smiled. I'm so glad Lilly was here. I went in my room and fell asleep.

The next morning a wonderful smell hit my nose. I got up knowing it was my mom cooking. She must be in a good mood. I went to take a shower and to finally get my day started. It felt good to just have the water hit my skin and went down stairs. Saniya was laying in a sky blue baby crib my mom brought and my mom was in the kitchen. I came up beside her and kissed her cheek. "Goodmorning mother." She jumped. "Oh hey baby, you scared me." She held on to her chest trying to catch her breath." I chuckled. My mother is so dramatic.

Saniya then started crying. I went to pick up my baby girl and put her pink pacifier in her mouth. She still trying to get used to it. "Mom I'm going to take Niya to see Aria today." My mom washed the food chemicals off her hand. " I already knew you were baby. Her baby bag is on the table by the door with your keys and your lunch. I packed Saniya 4 outfits and 2 pair of shoes." My mom knew me so well. I went and gave her a hug. "Thanks mom." I took Saniya and left. The ride to the hospital was so painful. I love her so much and it kills me that I left her when she needed me the most. I started to tear. I finally pulled into the hospital. It took me 30 minutes before I got out.

I unbuckled Saniya's car seat. She was sleeping so peacefully. I went to Aria's room and sat there looking at all those plugs connected to her body. I put Saniya car seat on a chair by the bed. I then sat by Aria bed and finally found my voice."Baby I know you mad at me. I know you will probably hate me for not being there for you. I never met a girl like you before Aria. You make me so happy and I can be myself with you. You gave me hope when I didn't even believe in the word myself. No matter what baby I always love you and I will take care of our child for you. Baby please fight for us. If you can hear me please give me a sign." I put my hand on her bed looking down. "Please give me a sign." I whispered. I soon felt a warm feeling on my hand and I looked up to see Aria beautiful eyes staring in mine."  I smiled so hard and kissed her forehead. I was so happy as I  made my way to the door and called the doctors in. I'm ready for my baby to come home.
