~Audrey's POV~

School the next day was good. Niall and I talked some more later that night, and we worked things out. And we kissed. There may have been a lot of that.

I mean, he is Irish after all.

But something was off. Abigail kept spending more and more time with Liam, while Harry kept spending more time ignoring him. To be honest I think that Abigail may fancy Liam.

Anyways, right now I was outside my house waiting for Niall. We recently started walking to school together.

About five minutes later, I saw Niall walking around the corner to my house. Smiling at him, I made my way over.

"Hey," I said, still smiling.

"Hi," He replied, intertwining our fingers. I looked up at him, and he grinned down at me, his blue eyes sparkling in the pale morning light. I smiled once again, then turned my gaze to the scenery around us. We began walking down the sidewalk on our way to school, our connected hands swinging between us. Neither one of us talked, but the silence wasn't awkward. The thing about Niall is he is usually talking, and that demands people's attention. But even when he's not talking, his silence is comfortable, but still draws your attention. Not in a bad way, but in the way that implies you studying his features secretly without him knowing, due to him being lost in his thoughts.

Which I was pretty much doing right now.

What? I can't stare at my boyfriend?

I believe the freedom provided by the Declaration of Independence and the constitution disagree!

Anyways, back on topic. The walk to school wasn't very long, so soon enough we saw the building that provides us with our daily dose of hell. I sighed as we got closer. I love the social aspect of school, and some classes, but everything else is just blah. Niall looked over at me, with one of his brunette eyebrows raised. I returned his silent question with a shrug.

"Aw, c'mon Aud," he whined, nudging my shoulder with his. I rolled my eyes jokingly at my playful boyfriend, but answered him anyways. Well, after he began pouting, that is. I'm just a huge sucker for puppy dog eyes. Especially if they're an azure blue and belong to a certain Irishman.

"I'm just wishing that this hellhole would burn down, is all," I tell him, causing a loud laugh to escape his mouth.

"How do you really feel about school?" He responded sarcastically, laughing a little longer. I couldn't resist smiling and letting out a few laughs myself. Niall's laugh is just contagious. It's like the plague. Just, you know, pleasant.

God, Abigail must be getting to me. I sound like a nerd.

I shake my head as we enter the parking lot, avoiding the oh-so-experienced teenage drivers in their crappy run down cars. "It's just, I dunno, I don't feel it today. I just want to hang out with my friends and eat food," I complain, telling the truth.

Niall nods. "Food. Food is good. Lots of food is even better," he agrees with me, causing me to laugh at the pure silliness of him. Niall chuckled and continued. "Hey, maybe today after school we can all get together. You, Abigail, Theresa, Cat, Meg, the guys and I, and maybe even Calum and his buddies. It can be like a pre-weekend party!"

I stop walking, causing him to stumble a little when he continued walking before realizing I had stopped. He stuck his lower lip out in a pout as he looked back at me, standing behind him.

I raise an eyebrow at him. "A pre-weekend party? Seriously?" I ask, rolling my eyes and snickering a little. He was such a pre-schooler sometimes.

His lip jutted out even more as I laughed at him. "Hey! Don't make fun of me! It's only Thursday, and Friday there's a party, like usual. So it's like a pre-weekend pre-party!" He tries to defend himself, only making it worse for himself as my laughter grew.

"What the hell, Niall!" I ask between peals of laughter. "What are we, second graders?" I continue in amusement, just as Abigail walks by. Hearing out conversation, she turns around and gives Niall and I a funny look, causing me to laugh even harder.

"Yes. Yes you are," she says seriously, causing even Niall to laugh as she gives us one more odd look before entering the doors to hell, which we were currently standing in front of.

"Don't hate us 'cause we're beautiful!" I yell after her, seeing her rolls her eyes and shake her head before walking out of sight through the glass doors. Okay, maybe they weren't glass, that's probably hazardous. But I don't know what material it is, okay? So I'm gonna say glass.

Niall chuckles before yanking on my hand that was trapped in his, and pulling me against his solid chest. He wrapped his free arm around me, hugging me as I did the same to him. "The only one here who's beautiful is you, princess," he says quietly in my hear, causing heat to rise to my cheeks rapidly.

Damn this boy was smooth.

I buried my face in his chest so my flaming cheeks couldn't be seen by him or anyone else walking by. "Oh shut up," I mumbled, causing him to chuckle. He pulled away from our embrace and smiled sweetly at me.

"C'mon princess, let's enter this hellhole together, shall we?" He says playfully with a wink at me.

I groan. "How about no?" I grumble before he laughs once again, his beautiful eyes crinkling in the corners. Still laughing, he just shakes his head and pulls me into the building.

Maybe if I'm with him, hell won't be too bad after all.

++++++++

Well this is just a filler chapter. Sorry for the wait, Abigail basically wrote this whole chapter because my phone was broke but expect more updates and more drama.
