Meadowclan camp is shallow sandy hollow that is surrounded by tall grass and rolling hills from the moorland. The land hardly has any trees or coverage to protect the clan cats from any weather or intruders. The inside of the camp is made up of rocks, fallen trees, bushes, and great giant bales of hay that haven't been distributed since the clans formation many many moons ago.
The outer edges of the hollow can be found lined with bushes, brambles and twigs that the Meadowclan cats have woven into place in order to protect their camp the best they can. The only entrance is through a gorse tunnel and then of course the dirt place tunnel on the fattest end from where the dens reside.
Secret entrances that are used in times of emergency consist of pushing way out of the dirt place tunnel, the bramble walls or using a secret tunnel underground that was dug by rabbits. This tunnel leads out into the moor closest to Running-Streams, the entrance is hidden by rocks and heather.
A lot of the territory has been dug into by foxes and badgers so the Meadowclan cats have lots of hollowed out burrows that they use to their advantage when they want to sleep, shield themselves from the weather or even hide from predators.
The nursery is a wide den made up of bramble bushes and gorse shrubs. The den has been fortified and woven overtime to be able to provide a warm and safe environment for the queens of Meadowclan and the future generations of warriors. This den is located against the wall at the furthest end of camp away from the gorse tunnel entrance.
The medicine cats den is a rather large underground cave, the entrance is protected by gorse shrubs that leave a well protected and shielding entrance for the medicine cats and sick cats to enter. The medicine cats den consists of of uneven grounding on the far left side where the herb store is. A small slit stream runs right across the path to the medicine cats den, the medicine cat will use this to wet moss and such. On the right side of the den is an array of nests where cats can be treated, rest and heal while injured or sick. At the back of the den in a small curve is a place where the medicine cat can sleep along with their apprentice if they choose so since the curve is big enough for two cats. This den is besides the leaders den and across from the nursery.
The apprentices den is located on the same wall as the nursery, it's just closer to the camp entrance. This den is made up of mended sticks and bracken that provide coverage from the rain and rippling wind on the moorland. This den may be the smallest of all of the dens but the apprentices put it to good use.
The warriors den is across from the apprentices den on the other side of camp, this den is located closest to the gorse tunnel entrance. This den is really just a shallow dip into the earth with gorse and bracken alike woven over the top.
The elders den is between the medicine cats den and the warriors den. This den is another cave dig deep into the ground, the entrance to the small cave is protected by rocks and a shrubs. The underground den provides just enough warmth and space for the elders to sleep. Just outside the elders den is a great clump of rocks that the elders haul themselves up on to sun on.
Opposite to the entrance of camp is the leaders den. This den is all the way in the back of the camp between the medicine cats den and the nursery. At this edge of camp is a great big bale of hay that has gone untouched since the creation of Meadowclan. All around it are shrubs and tall grass that it's almost impossible to see the small little entrance to an underground borrow. Outside of the entrance are a collection of gorse shrubs and brambles that have woven around the side of the hay bale have provided a canopy over the entrance for cats to enter.
Next to the leaders den between the nursery is a great pile or rock known as high rock where the leader will go to call a clan meeting. All you have to do to get up there is climb up the hay bale and then jump across to scramble up the great rock to get to the flat surface at the highest point. This meeting place gives the leader a great view of camp.
