Mistclan is a damp lake and swamp area. Most of the camp is shallow lake with small sloppy mud islands in the middle. On ocaissioan there are a few thick dead trees that stick up out of the ground. A thick cloud of mist is almost always coating the moist grounds. The surrounding area of the swamp is damp dead woods. Thick twisted roots and tree branches tangle their way in mazes that only the Mistclan cats know their ways around. The start of the clan territory is lengths on the opposite side of the valley opening. But the farther it spreads it cuts off into Willowclan territory. Most of the hunting is done in the swamp and some cats hang around in the thick dead trees to get away from the mist. Farther back into the thick tangles of trees is a dusty clearing where the main camp is. The leaders den is made up of a thick tangle of weaved branches with a small slit to get into. The high ledge is on the rock right next to the leaders den. To get on it you simple jump onto the leaders den and jump up onto the ledge. Across from the leaders den in a hollowed out log where the warriors are able to sleep. Right next to the warriors den, a few tail lengths away in a bush and tangled branches is the apprentices den. On the other side of the camp is a bunch of thick bushes tangled together that create the nursery. This den is the warmest and most protected considering that tangled inside of the bushes are some sharp brambles. A few tail lengths away from the nursery is a couple of broken up rocks that absorb the most sunlight the swamp ever gets. And right behind them is a large thick tree with a hollowed out center. The entrance is mainly blocked by rocks by there is a slit to get it. This is the elders den and it is the second most safest den. Off to the side of the apprentices den is cleared out fox burrow, it is pretty well hidden seeing bushes surround it's entrance but its easiest to slip into. This is the medicine cats den, it provides lots of extra protection and peace for the sick cats trying to gain the strength to heal. There are three different sections in the burrow and it consists of a place for sick cats, a place for herbs, and a place for the medicine car and their apprentice to rest of needed.
