As much as I'd like to, I don't own Takano, Onodera, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi or any other significant human being that might appear...

Takano's POV

We arrived back at the cabin. It was about dinner time, so we decided we'd go and eat.
I took Onodera's hand in mine and we walked out of the cabin and to the dining hall.
We sat down at a table.
"What would you like to eat Ritsu?" I asked him.
"The lobster and soup sounds good... D'you wanna share with me, Masamune?" He asked.
"That does sound good! Ok if you insist." I responded with a smile.

The same waiter served us again.
"What can I get for you two?" He asked.
"Lobster and Soup of the Day please." I said, still smiling. I leant across the table and kissed Onodera.
"Right your way, sir." He turned and walked away, bowing lightly.

As we waited for our dish, Onodera just looked up - smiling at me.
"Ritsu?" I asked, a little bit confused. "Why are you smiling so much?" I asked him, still puzzled.
"Thanks... Again... For taking the time on my birthday to be with me." He smiled.

I pulled his face towards me and kissed him.
"Anything for you..." I said with a smile.

Once we'd eaten, we returned to the cabin. It was that time of night again, when the northern lights appear amongst the evergreen trees and the gazelles.

All of a sudden, the power in the cabin gets cut. The heating goes and all of a sudden the room falls cold.
It was dark and snow began to heavily fall.

The thunder boomed and Onodera suddenly jumped and hugged me. I held him tightly, as I discovered his fear of thunder and lightning.

Tears began to fall from his eyes. I pulled back and wiped his tears. I kissed his lips...

He opened his mouth slightly to invite me in.
I slipped my tongue into his mouth and our tongues danced. He was flushing bright red.

I lay next to him on the bed, hugging him tightly in my arms as he calmed down.

My grip tightened around his waist, holding him close to me. I felt his heart pounding against my chest.

He was burning up, yet he was shivering.
"I'm cold... Please hug me tighter..." He stuttered. I was shocked. I thought that he was shivering in fear. But he was burning up so much... I think he was coming down with a fever.

"You're burning up, yet you're saying you are cold..." I looked at him with a worried look. I got up and ran him a cold flannel for his head. I pulled the sheets over him and placed the flannel on top of his forehead. He was burning and bright red, yet still saying he was cold. I was about to walk off when....

"Takano... Stay with me... Please..." His voice was weak. I looked at him and smiled.

"I wasn't gonna go away... I was only going to the kitchen... Baaaka!" I smirked at him. He smiled weakly.
Soon the electricity came back on and I turned the heating up for him.

"My poor Ritsu..." I said, looking concerned for his well being.
He soon fell asleep. I kissed his forehead and a little while later, I climbed into bed. I hugged him tight to keep him warm. Even though he was really hot he was shivering. I decided to hold him tight for the rest of the night.
