Chapter 2
Day 2
I broke the other chains on my legs and arms and expected to fall to the floor. Instead I was hovering in mid air. I found out that the strange man was telling the truth about my powers coming from the inside. I walked towards the door and the man grabbed my arm so I couldn’t leave. 'Don’t leave yet. We need to run some test on you, The man said. I turned around and faced him.' I didn’t offer to do this I didn’t ask to be some sort of freak you kidnapped me and tested on me already, I said as I broke the door down. I ran at a speed that I had never seen. I got home in seconds.
I found a note on the door from my mom. It said that they where going to dinner without me today and they where going to stay the night at a hotel and left me some money for me to buy dinner. I walked into my room and jumped onto my bed and spread out. I changed into my normal cloths and grabbed my cell phone. I dialed for my best friend Drake. The phone rang three times and he picked up. 'Hey Jean what’s up, He said in a cool slow voice. 'I need to tell you something that happened to me today. Can you come over , I said . Ok but only if your parent are not home, He said. 'Its just me, I said. 'Be right over, He said as he hung up.
Drake is one of those guys that people call extremely Goth. His hair was dark black and he only had black cloths. My parents hate him so he only comes over when they aren’t home.
I thought while I was waiting for him to come I would try some of my new powers on my room. I grabbed my bed with one hand and lifted with no sweat. I tried to lift my lamp with my mind. It worked.
I heard a knock on the door. I walked over to open it. I saw the man who had kidnapped me and he had Drake in one arm and a gun pointed at him in the other. 'You let him go now, I said. ' Come with me or I will shoot your little friend, The man said
