I couldn't help but feel awkward as i opened the door to my tiny apartment. having yoongi in my personal space was a first and i didn't know how i felt about it.

"welcome to my humble abode." i chimed, shutting the door behind us. i kept my eyes on him as his roamed my apartment.

"you weren't kidding about liking plants." he finally let out. "it's so artsy and cozy in here." he whirled around and faced me, a gummy smile on his face.

i glanced at the small space. i did have a thing for the aesthetic. most of my furniture was white as were the walls.

there were small plants, mostly cacti, on the windowsills and at strategic points and on my reading table.

i had pictures of family, friends, dancers and places had been hanging on a line. and i'd hung fairy lights around.

there were a few knickknacks, trophies and tiny statues of dancers and a snow globe i had gotten from my grandfather a few years back on my shelves.

"thanks," i unconsciously tucked my hair behind my ear. i moved around him, placing my bag on the small couch. "make yourself comfortable."

he tugged on my hair as i passed by him, pulling me back. i let out a yelp, hands going to my hair to keep it in my scalp.

i glared at him once we were face to face. "what was that for?" i patted my hair and rubbed my fingers on my scalp.

he poked my forehead with his forefinger. "why are you acting like a guest in your own home?"

i pressed my lips together, blinking. his hands came up to cup my cheeks, surprising me. "you should be comfortable in your own home. and more importantly, i want you to be comfortable around me."
