Frank

I pace around the waiting room, in desperate need of another cup of coffee.

Lindsey had already left, but Mikey stayed here to make sure Gerard was okay.

We've been here for about an hour or so, maybe longer, maybe less. I wasn't sure, it's been a long day.

"Mr. Michael Way, and Frank Iero?" A doctor calls out, my head snaps up, "Right here! Yes, is he okay?" I ask impatiently. The doctor sighs softly, "He has a small concussion." The doctor informs us, tears sting at the rim of my eyes, threatening to spill, "So no memory loss, right?" I ask hopefully, "That, we do not know yet. If so it will only be temporary."

And at that moment, I felt my heart break. Temporary memory loss, I don't care if it were even for five minutes, he still wouldn't know who I was.

"You can go see him, if you'd like?" The doctor offers, I nod silently. Mikey takes my hand and we walk down the hall, onto an elevator and back down a few more halls.

Finally we reach one eighty nine, Gerard's room. I knock softly, "Come in." Gerard's soft voice mumbles, hardly audible. I open the door and step in.

"Who are you?" The dreaded words flow out of Gerard's mouth quietly, I don't even bother holding the tears back, I let them fall freely. "Gerard, that's your boyfriend, Franklin." Mikey says, Gerard furrows his eyebrows together, "Who are you?" He asks again, now pointing at Mikey, "And who is Ge-rar-d?"

"That's you, you're Gerard." Mikey says stepping toward Gerard, a quiet sob erupts from my lips. "I'm your brother, Michael." Mikey says quietly.

I step forward, the hot tears still pouring down my face, "Come on, Gee Bear you gotta remember us!" I yell, I was now crawling on top of him, shaking his shoulders a little. "You can't just not remember! You gotta remember me! Remember Mikey, and Lindsey, and Bob and Patrick, and Pete!" I scream.

Gerard looks up at me with fright clear in his eyes, I crash my lips down against his, choking down a sob. Gerard picks up the small button connected to his bed, pushing it violently and quickly.

I add more pressure, and the more pressure I add the slower he clicks the button. Finally he kisses back, I feel tears flowing down his cheeks now as he wraps his arms around my small waist.

"Frankie baby." He whispers against my lips, I smile weakly and nuzzle my face into his neck, "I thought you forgot about us forever." Mikey says from beside us, I feel Gerard look over at Mikey, I lay myself next to Gerard.

He holds his right arm out to Mikey, Mikey lays himself next to Gerard. "I love you guys, you know that right?" Gerard says, but right when my mouth was about to open a doctor bursts into the room, "Is there something wrong?!" He quips.

"Sorry, my mistake Doctor." Gerard apologizes, The Doctor sighs in relief and nods, walking out.

I giggle, "I love you too, Gee Bear." I peck his lips again, "Love you too, Gerard." Mikey says with a small smile.

Gerard

"Who's gonna cover for me, for two weeks?!" I cry, Lindsey sighs softly, "I'm not sure Gerard. If I can't find anyone then we're gonna have to close the pool while you're gone."

I groan, "I can't believe I'm gonna be here for two fucking weeks." I whine.

"Poor Frankie is gonna be sad." Bob jokes, "Shut it, Bryar." Frank quipped angrily, I giggle a little. "At least I don't have to be around those devilish children." I mumble, cringing slightly.

"Mr. Iero, the doctor is ready." A small nurse peeps from the door way, Frank sighs and stands himself up.

"Keep an eye on him, okay?" Frank mumbles to Lindsey, she nods a little.

Frank whines as he walks out, glancing back at me.

"Damn, those stitches are gonna hurt like a little bitch." Patrick says pulling a face, I nod in agreement.

Since Frank was only down the hall we could hear him scream. Every yelp, scream or curse that came out of his mouth made my eyes water and my jaw clench.

"Stupid ass little kid." I muttered several times, everyone would chuckle at my profanity.

After twenty long minutes Frank returns with his sleeve rolled up to his elbow. "My poor baby! Are you okay?" I whine, he nods a little.

"Didn't even hurt." Frank lies, everyone laughs, I giggle "We heard you screaming Frankie." I say, lightly chuckling. His face turns dark red, "No you didn't." He tries to cover up.

I only laugh and shake my head, he pouts and inches over to me, plopping down in my arms, I kiss his temple lightly. "Love you." I mumble, "Love you too." Frank murmured back.
