Frank
I watch Gerard lay out the snacks, he looks down at the little girl named Krista and smiles wide. "I thought he hated children?" Lindsey says quietly, I shrug and give her a half smile, "I dunno Linds, Krista caught his eye." I reply, she nods.
"Hey, Gee-rawr-d, what animal is this?" Krista asks Gerard, "It's an elephant." Gerard answers with a smile, she starts to munch on it and giggles. "If you guys get married, would you adopt?" Lindsey asks, watching Gerard.
My face heats up at her words, "I don't know, we haven't really talked about that." I admit glancing at her, she chuckles, "I see." "I would want to, but I don't know how he'd feel about that."
Gerard
"Where are your mommy and daddy?" Krista asks me, I smile, "They're in New Jersey. Where are yours?" I ask, her smile fades, "I don't know. I came here with Ms.Ruby, she takes care of me and a bunch of other little girls and boys." She says softly.
"Ohh, I'm sorry, I didn't know." I say kissing her forehead, "It's okay, Gee." Krista says, I smile a little. "Do you wanna color?" I ask her, she nods.
"Here you go." I smile and set down a precious moments coloring book in front of her, along with a packet of crayons. "Thank you, Gee." Krista says sweetly, I nod in response and stand up. I make my way over to Frank and smile, "Did you know that there's an orphanage here on a field trip?" I ask, Frank nods.
"I gotta talk to you later." Frank says quietly then walks away, my stomach does a huge flip and I suddenly feel like throwing up. Have I done something wrong? Is he angry with me? Does he hate me? Was our relationship just a joke this entire time?
"L-lindsey, I gotta use the restroom, will you watch Krista for me please?" I ask Lindsey quietly, she smiles a little and nods, "Are you okay? You look kind of pale." She says, I just nod and walk off to the bathroom.
Once I make it inside the bathroom I shut and lock the door. "Oh my god, what did I do." I whisper to myself, looking at myself in the mirror. I shake my head a few times, "Nothing, I haven't done anything." I say to myself, turning the faucet on, splashing cold water onto my face.
"Gerard, are you in there?" Frank's voice says from the other side of the door, slightly muffled, "Uh. Y-yeah." I say, "Can you unlock the door please?" He asks, I take a deep breath and dry my face off before unlocking the door, he walks in.
"Gee, what's the matter?" Frank says cupping my face, "Nothing." I lie, he sighs, "Gerard, tell me what's wrong." He whispers as he strokes his thumb over my cheek. "I...I feel like you want to break up." I whisper closing my eyes, "Gerard, no I wanted to talk to you about.. I-if we ever got married, I wanted to know if we'd ever adopt.." Frank murmurs, my eyes shoot open. "Of course Frankie." I say with a sniffle, he grins and hugs me tightly.
"I'm so glad you cleared that up, I was scared." I giggle, Frank smiles and nods as he links our fingers and kisses my knuckles, "I love you." He mumbles, "I love you too, Frankie." I smile.

"Bye Gee! I'll see you tomorrow!" Krista says hugging my leg tightly, I chuckle and pat her head, "Bye sweetie, be good for Ms.Ruby, okay?" I say, she nods then runs off with the rest of her group.
Frank hugs into my side and smiles, "You'd be a great father, Gerard." He comments, I blush a little, "She's such a great little girl, Frankie." I say smiling down at him, he kisses my jaw softly. "You're sweet too, babe." He compliments, I blush a little and chuckle, "Sometimes."
