Walking out of the building to my new job i herd the sweet melody of birds chirping and the wind so soft brushing past me. id bent down to tie my shoe when I felt something hit my arm.
"Hey" i said looking up to find my eyes meeting with my brothers. "What are you doing here"
"just came by to see if you were off yet, mom wants to know if you're coming to see the movie with us tonight or not"
"i think i'm just gonna stay home tonight if that's alright"
"ya sure, well i gotta go see ya later then"
"alright" i said waving at him as he started to walk away.

The day seemed to go by fast. like those days that you have that seems like a second instead of 24 hours. the lights flickered as i walked into the kitchen grabbing my phone from my pocket. why does this girl make me so sketchy and scared. i've never felt like this but its a good thing. its like ive never felt alive before her.
