You probably think that since the animators in the U.S. make so much money, the animators in Japan should make a ton of money, right? Wrong. They face grueling work in front of them, and many of them are often unpaid. Many animators take breaks merely to vomit from exhaustion, or pay a visit to the hospital.
A/N: This is a reason why we should have some more respect on anime and its creators. Behind every scene is a large amount of hard work, and I believe that the animators deserve way more than what they have now.
