Comiket is bigger than Comic-Con.
⭐⭐⭐
When it comes to the nerd culture conventions and events, San Diego's comic-con usually stands as the industry Titan—unless you are heading towards Tokyo's biannual event, Comiket. That event draws over a regular crowd of half a million each year.
(If you are wondering what both is, Comiket is the world's largest market for manga, launched in 1975 and is held twice a year in Tokyo. On the other hand, Comic-Con is a multi-genre entertainment and comic convention held annually in San Diego, California.
So basically, this manga industry attracts more people than the comic-con held in America.)
