In the spur of the moment I got lost.
You spoke my name, and in that moment, the universe zoomed out and I was a tiny speck of dust looking for a home, one that carves your initial like a bright neon sign to the notice. Everything seemed new and unknown, but somehow felt familiar to me, like I've been here, like you've called out my name before.
The earth called me and I was back in that starry night, and your face was clearer than ever. Your bright brown eyes sparkled in the dimly lit corridor, and your smile looked permanent for me. Amongst the crowd, you were only I could see.
No matter how people would see it, I want to be lost again.
