Aria's POV:

Oh my god, oh my god! I was going to see him! I was finally going to see him. Yes!

I jumped in happiness and opened the door before running out of it. "Hello!" Downstairs, I met with my family and my friends. Well, shit.

"Aria!" Elena hugged me tightly and I hugged her back. "How are you?!" She asked cheerfully.

"I'm great! what about you!?"

"Perfect as usual."

Cameron came forward and hugged me. "My boi!" He ruffled my hair which I hard the most. "You're looking like a girl today!" He laughed and I rolled my eyes.

"Thank you but no thank you."

Shit!

I have to meet him too.

"I'll be back in sometimes people!" I ran away from them giving Elena a telling look. She understood and her eyes widened a bit.

"Wha- Aria!" My mom called after me so did my friends. "What the hell girl."

"Ten minutes you all!"

I wore my shoes when Cameron spoke. "But you also haven't met Shawn yet." He came closer. I got up and replied guilty.

"I'll do when I'll be back. It's important Cameron trust me." I begged with puppy eyes. He looked and huffed but didn't say anything. I kissed his cheeks and went out.

"What the hell is she doing!?" Mom yelled after me.

"Darling, calm down. Maybe it's really something important you know our Aria." I heard dad's calm voice before I was fully out of the house.

My feet stopped moving when I saw a car parked Infront of out house. No, it wasn't of Elena or Cameron's. My breath hitched.

Shawn.

The backdoor opened and a teenage boy got out. I frowned walking closer to him but meeting with him crossed my mind. "Hey Shawn!" I went closer to him and shook hands with him. He confusingly shook hands with me but before he could speak. I beat him to him. "Nice to meet you. I'll see you soon okay?" He just stared strangely at me.

I was acting weird I knew so it was no shock to see his condition. I would laugh right now saying that I was jealous of a 15 to 16 teenager but now was not the time.

I smiled and hurriedly left from there, shoving my phone in my jacket's pocket.

As soon I arrived on the bridge after 5 minutes walk, I looked around for a sign of him. "How will I recognise him?" I murmured. "I'm so dumb. The excitement is ugh!" A smile crept on my lips thinking about to meet him. Then something hit my mind.

I remember his words in a letter he sent a week ago.

I'll be with the white rose for you to easily recognise me :)

I smiled myself and kept looking around. 5 minutes passed, ten minutes passed and fifteen minutes but he didn't come.

I took out my phone and messaged him.

Where are you? I'm on the bridge -Me

I waited for his reply but it never came. I began to worried that if something happned to him. The negative things were coming in my mind. "Hope he's save." I mumbled. 

A little boy came to me running. He stopped Infront of me and handed me an envelope. "This is for you." He said. I frowned looking down.

"Me?" Before I could ask more, he ran away. "Hey! Stop!" I huffed and opened the envelope revealing a letter.  "Hmm, what's this?"

I opened the letter and read it.

Im truly sorry Aria. But what you've done isn't right. You shouldn't have left the family dinner amd let your guest wait. I am not your priority.

The letter fell from my hand and I sat on the nearest bench. He didn't come.

But his word hit me hard.

I left my family dinner for him.

I got up and wiped my tears. Yes, I was crying since the second I read the last word. I was feeling guilty and angry at the same time. I was so pathetic to leave my family like this. He was right. He wasn't my priority. No, he shouldn't be. My family was.

I was so stupid to come here.

I shook my head and kept the letter in my pocket, making my way back to home.

As I reached back. I saw that everybody was sited in the lounge. "Hey everyone. I'm back." I tried to smile cheerfully but it didn't help. I ended up smiling weakly.

"Aria, you okay?" My mother was the first to noticed my sad hidden face. I quickly nodded when the other stared at me in concern.

"Have your work done princess?" Dad asked. I shook my head and looked down.

"H- it couldn't complete."

I sat on the sofa and gave Cameron and Elena a sad smile who smiled back at me.

"Oh that's why she's sad." Mom soothed. "I'm gonna get you ice cream and you'll be alright okay?" She got up and left.

The room felt silent for sometime so I broke the silence. "Where is Shawn?"

"You didn't even meet him." Cameron said bluntly.

"For your kind information, I met him outside before leaving." I answered flatly, smiling fakely.

"You did?" Cameron asked in confusion.

"Yes!" I snapped. "I mean yeah." He nodded and leaned back on the couch. "And it wouldn't be so important if I didn't meet him today. He could come back again." I rolled my eyes.

"Actually no, his flight was of tonight so that's why he only say for dinner and also because I forced him."

"Oh." Was all I said.

My phone buzzed.

I took it out. It showed one message.

It was beautiful to see you tonight -Mr Unknown

Oh well out hope crashes here. He didn't come but he saw her. Do you guys think it's the  not reason he didn't came or something is fishy? Who knows. Anyways I hope you're like Aria and Mr Unknown trust me you'll love upcoming chapters :D
