Agnes had one class that she really liked, Visual Arts. Mainly because of the teacher that tort her in this period, Ms Carlmen. In this particular period, the class was told to find a partner to work with. A new assignment was being handed out about the famous artist, Pablo Picasso. Every other student in Agnes's class seemed to be excited by the idea of working with there class mates, but Agnes did not have any class mates, so she would have to try and find an excepting, none talkative student, whom Agnes could tolerate.
As Agnes silently searched the class room for any lonely student, she spotted a girl who seemed normal enough in Agnes's view to work with. Even though Agnes found socializing unnecessary and a time wasting activity, she did not want to disobey her most preferred teacher. To her, being tort by such a qualified and persistent teacher was a privilege and to ignore the knowledge that had been handed to her on a platter was an idiotic mistake, but then again, it was mainly the idiotic students who would make this mistake.
Agnes moved towards this girl. Running through Agnes's mind was "I'm pretty sure her name is... Katherine, no. Jenny, no. Janette? Yeah, I hunk it's Janette."
Agnes stood in front of 'probably Janette'. The shy girl, who was sitting on the ground reading one of the thick Harry Potter books. Instead of Agnes saying hi, and getting her attention, she stood right in front of Janette and waited. After a few minutes, Janette looked up and simply said "partners?" Agnes nodded and walked away. These two girls, had never really conversed together, so they didn't know who each other really were.
Eventually, the bell rang, and as usual, the high school teachers would have to step out of the way as a tsunami of students rushes towards the door.
