"I'm glad you're my bestfriend Ian." she said putting off the tv. "Me too Lotanna. Like I'm so happy I'm my bestfriend. No one can live without me abeg. I'm tew hawsomee." he said teasing her. "You fucker!" she said. "Tanna kai you like curse words too much. Eh, I'm glad you're my best friend for fucking ever. Well it's not like I have a choice sef" he added.

"What does that one mean now? You're too annoying abeg." she said. "No na Tee, it's not like that. I mean, emm, I can't live without you, that's it." he said. "Gerrerahia." she said.

"How's Izzy?" He asked. She sighed and said "Izzy's being Izzy as usual." in a sad tone. "Hey Tee." he said turning to look at her and holding her hands in his. "Don't think she doesn't care. She just doesn't know how to show it. Everyone is different Lotanna, Izzy is different and I know she cares alot about you." he assured her.

She nodded at his words and turned to pick up her phone. He didn't realise he was stroking the back of her palm till she was about the turn. He quickly withdrew his hand and hoped she didn't notice.

"Want me to stay the night? I can't leave you this way." he asked. "You'd do that?" she asked raising her head. "Don't I always?" he said making a face. "Ehhh. Whatever." she replied. "It's 9:50. What do we do now?" she said. "Ionno." Ian said with his mouth stuffed with chocolate.

"Can you stop being a dog?" she asked.

"I thought you loved dogs?".

"This is entirely different.".

"How? You just said I was a dog."

"Ugggghhhhh. Leave me alone."

He smirked and continued eating the chocolate. She layed her duvet on the floor and they both layed down talking about nothing and everything.

"Oh yeah, how's Dina?" she asked. "She's good, she's good." he said with his voice dropping in tone. "Are you guys okay? Cause right about now you'll be talking about how awesome your relationship is and making single people like us feel hopeless." she said. "Yeah, I do that don't I?" he said giving a light chuckle. "Yeah you do."

"Well I hope you guys get better." she said. "Did we say we're sick?" he replied. She shot him a dirty look. "I hope we get better too."he said "Speaking of getting better, I'm going to see a new psychologist tomorrow. I want you to come along with me." she said "Yeah sure, I'm down." he answered. "What time?" he asked. "By 2pm" she said.

"That means I'll have a lot of time to go home then get ready. Then come back here to pick you." he said. "You know you have some of your clothes here right?" she asked arching a brow. "Yeah yeah, I keep forgetting." he said. "We'll go from here then." he added.

"Naaa." she said. "Woman, make up your mind." he said sounding angry. "I want to see Kehinde and Taiwo I miss thier cute faces and I missed their birthday." she said laughing. "They're mad at you, you know right?" he said getting up to get water. "I figured." she said standing up to lay down on the bed. "I got her a bunny onesie and the glittery black tutu she always wanted. I got Taiwo a PS 4."

"You did?" he asked in surprise as he layed on the bed. She nodded and he said "They'll love you forever Tee.". 

She was smiling hard "I know." she said. They kept on talking till she finally drifted off to sleep. He covered her properly with her duvet pecked her forehead and went to sleep too.
