As soon as Taylor entered the studio she was greeted by a rather annoyed Tree "TAYLOR WHERE WERE YOU, I CALLED YOU 25 TIMES?!" Taylor flinched at the sudden outburst "Jeez not so loud!" Tree just sat down looking pissed but than calmed down and put on her usual gentle and loving expression "Taylor you know this time is very crucial we can't afford any setbacks."
Taylor went upto her and gave her a sidehug "I knowwww MOM", Tree laughed and asked "Anyways where were you, you've never been this late, I got worried."
Taylor smiled and her thoughts went back to the green eyed godess, "I accidentally slept in and forgot cause I was so tired" she lied, Tree just nodded and started explaining the upcoming hectic schedule following her next tour, as much as Taylor tried to focus her mind was somewhere else.
Tree noticed and stopped, "Taylor are you listening?" She asked and sighed, the pop sensation gave her utmost serious expression and nodded but Tree knew something was fishy so she sat down next to her, "You do know I've been your manager for 5 years and can clearly tell when your mind is occupied somewhere else Tay" she chuckled and Taylor realized where this was going, she decided it was now or never "Tree...Im sorry for acting this way it's just I need to talk to you about something and I don't know how to get it out to be honest."
Tree wrapped her arm around Taylor's shoulder and soothed her, "Heyyy you can talk to me about anything in the world Tay you know that right? but I'm not gonna pressure you take your time okay?" Taylor smiled at Tree's encouraging behavior "Well I don't know how to say this but....I think I'm in love...no scratch that I KNOW I'm in love."
Tree was beyond happy at hearing this it had been so long since the yonger girl looked or felt this happy and giddy, "OH MY GOD TAY I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU! WHO'S THE LUCKY GUY?" Taylor's gaze dropped "Ummm that's the thing Tree....." she laughed nervously "It's not a guy....it's a girl"
Tree went silent and Taylor immediately sensed something was wrong "Wait is it not good?" she asked, her nerves were clearly evident, Tree shook her head and gave her a bear hug, "No Taylor I haven't seen you like this since forever and I'm so happy you came to terms with yourself but Tay I don't know how the world will react to this, you know your history right?", Taylor just hung her head "Yeah...." Tree continued, "They will probably think of this as a publicity stunt and accuse you of using that poor girl for fame." Taylor understood what Tree meant and she had no idea how to process all this, she couldn't let Karlie into this whole fiasco as she would get hurt but at the same time she didn't want karlie to feel as if she's hiding her not after last time what happened, "But Tree you know I can't live like this hiding behind the cameras." Tree nodded understandingly, "And no ones asking you to Tay" she again pulled Taylor into a hug this time longer than the last one, "I will handle this okay you just have to trust me and wait for the best okay honey?" Taylor smiled and sunk into her embrace, after a while Tree asked with a smirk, "So you never told me who this lucky gal is?" Taylor's cheeks grew red and she laughed shyly "Well her name is Karlie, Karlie Kloss and I am madly in love with her...." she went into a long rant about how she's the first person who ever made her feel this way and how you could just drown into her beautiful green orbs, Tree smiled at how Taylor's eyes were filled with nothing but love and happiness as she talked about this mysterious green eyed godess that had apparently flipped Taylor's world.
Taylor soon realized she had spoken a bit too much and smiled sheepishly "All you have to know is that I would do anything just so I could see her smile Tree, God the things she makes me feel!" Taylor exclaimed and Tree couldn't help herself from laughing, "Wow Tay I never thought I'd see the day where you'd be so whipped for someone,I can't wait to meet this unknown godess who certainly has you head over heels" Taylor's whole face was equivalent to a tomato as she muttered "shutup" and than presumed to redden as Tree just laughed at her whole demeanor.
Soon after they're work was done they exited the studio and made there way to there respected homes before, the whole way Taylor couldn't contain her excitement as she thought about the love of her life "I wonder what she's doing right now....." she thought as the driver made there way down the busy streets of New York.
In a 5 second thought out moment she told the driver a change of directions and smiled, "let's go see shall we."
