Authors Note
- I literally cringe when I re read this. It's not so bad but my other stories (check them out) are way better. This was my first fanfic and many chapters were written in a rush. So sorry if it sucks.

:P

"Hey! There she is!"

I was off and running; my feet reacting faster than my brain, probably out of habit.I was always running from someone no matter where I was. Trouble always seemed to latch onto me no matter how great of a job I did at avoiding people.

"You can't run forever, bitch!" The idiot leader of the small pack shouts as his gang of muscle head morons trail behind him. I can feel the distance between us shortening with every strong stride the angry guy takes. I'm not very tall, and I sure as hell can't run forever seeing as I'm already exhausted beyond belief.

Plan B.

Let's see, dumpster, apartment, restaurant ... Where the hell are the hotels?

My eyes scan over all public places I'm passing quickly. I need a place to hide from these assholes.Hotels, typically with pools, were always my number 1 choice.I'd hop over the fence, find some random people to interact with and BAM whoever was chasing me before finally gives up.

Alkali Beach Resort. The second I read that sign I breath a mental sigh of relief, my young lungs practically collapsing from the chase, but I can't stop now. The last thing I need is another problem in a place I've just been at for mere hours.

It's a beautiful summer day here in Venice Beach, CA and just like I suspected there are people everywhere, out enjoying the amazing weather without a care in the world.

Tents. Perfect. I start looking into every tent that lines the back wall furthest from the pool that I'm guessing is for guests of the resort that want more privacy.

Empty.

Empty.

Empty.

EMPTY.

What the hell.

There has to be at least one person looking for privacy in this over crowded plac....

"What the fuck?! Watch where you're going. The curtain was down for a reason." The idiot I just walked into yelled.

A guy, perfect.

"I think I heard something over here!"

"Shh! Shutup!" I grab the annoyingly loud guys hand and shove him into the tent.

"Are you stupid or something? Get the fuck out I'm busy," He snaps as I turn around after pulling down the curtain.

He has a worn journal in his hand, a pen in the other.

Who the hell has a journal? Loser.

I let out a laugh that I suddenly stop after I hear someone rummaging around loudly a few tents over.

"She's not in this one," I hear a deep voice say.

"Alright check them all. She has to be here." Ugh these guys are so annoying.

Without a second thought I put plan c into action, taking off my clothes. I leave nothing but my lace bra and underwear boy shorts, hoping that these idiots won't recognize me now that I'm practically naked.

"Wha..whaaatareyoudoing?!" The boy says as he steps back, looking at me in disbelief wondering if I really just took my clothes off in front of a complete stranger.
