"i'll figure this out." he assured, arms wrapped around me as we snuggled in bed together. a part of me wanted to believe him. while the rational part of me said it would never work.
he'd probably just come over whenever he wanted, then he'd go back to her.
but i wanted to believe that there was a chance for us.
i had waited so long for him, and he was the only person i had. he was the only person who made me happy. my only hope was to cling to him and the love he gave me.
"we'll be together soon." he said, before bringing his lips to mine.

i had a bunch of stuff i wanted to do today, but i ended up doing none of it. so i guess today was totally a waste. but tomorrow i get paid and that makes me happy. so i wont complain.
also, i wasn't going to post more updates for this story tonight.
but since i have a bunch already pre-written, i thought i could post some more. so thank you all who read and voted today.
