Chapter 17- Mom?

(Mirayuki's point of view: In dreamland)

All around me there was nothing but space. Not a sound except for my slowly breathing. But it was hard to breathe, there was so much pain everywhere. But slowly it faded away when a silhouette appeared, the figure had Ruby Red hair and Golden Eyes. I knew then that I was looking at my mother.

I felt tears run down my eyes but I still couldn't move. She placed her hand on my head and whipped away the tears. She smiled at me before slowly fading away. My vision slowly started to fade and I heard her voice.

"You already have those two boys wrapped around your finger. I hope you make the right decision." With those final words my vision went completely black and I drifted into a deep sleep.

(Izana's point of view)

"She's in a coma." The doctor stated with a sadden expression.

"What?" Obi asked the doctor with a shocked face.

"Yes, she doesn't have to many injuries. Nor does she seem to have any head trauma. It seems as though something is stopping her from waking up."

"What the heck does that mean!" I snapped at him and he didn't seem to like that.

"It means she's fine but she needs some rest!" He yelled at me before stalking out the door.

"Oh Mirayuki I'm so sorry, if only I had gone after you like I wanted to. But no Izana had to stop me." He spat out my name like it was a piece of dirt.

"Remember I am your future King." I spoke with authority and growled at him.

"I could care less!" Obi stood up and glared at me.

"Would you two be quite and I'm fine other than this stupid headache from all your arguing." I jerked my head to Mirayuki, her eyes were open and she looked mighty annoyed.

"Glad to have you back to the land of the living. We were worried about you."  I chuckled but saw from the corner of my eye that Obi was glaring at me.

"Oh come on, you should know by now that I'm a fighter. Besides I'm a part of the lions of the mountain I've had to fight wolves all the time." She chuckled at us before adding "I'm kind of tired, I think I'm gonna go to bed."

(Point of view unknown)

"So the wolves didn't accomplish their task?"

"No I'm afraid not sir, only one managed to get away."

"How disappointing."

"Sorry sir, but what shall we do now?"

"Simple. It's time we kidnap the girl with the golden eyes." Master laughed maniacally, he never told us why the girl was so important. Or why he always said the girl with golden eyes. But even a blind man could tell that he's completely obsessed with her. Of course though we would have to travel to Marcanot in the morning and prepare to capture this so called 'Girl with golden eyes.' Only she had blue eyes...
