Jake got to my house in a matter of minutes. We only lived a few minutes away from each other which was awesome because we're constantly hanging out at each other's houses. We've known each other since K5 and we've been best friends ever since. We're always teased by our friends and family that we're in a relationship or that we like each other, but it's really not like that. Jake's super nice, caring, smart and actually pretty good-looking. I honestly wouldn't mind being in a relationship with him, he'd be a great husband and father in the future, but I don't think fate is going to work out that way.

When he pulled up onto my house's carport, I slowly walked towards him as he stepped out of his car. "Hey, what's wrong?" He said, noticing my blank expression and my eyes casted down. Like I thought, I don't know how he's going to react. But this was one of the things that I loved about Jake. He could always pick up on when something was wrong, without me even saying a word.

"I need you to come inside and see something." I said while grabbing his hand and slowly walking back towards the house.

"Okay...?" Jake replied, confused.

As we entered the house, I turned to Jake and while looking into his eyes I said, "Don't freak out." He was even more confused by this statement. He just nodded and followed where I led him, into the living room.

As soon as we stepped into the doorway, his eyes went wide with shock and he gasped. He stared for a few seconds at what he saw. Then he turned to me, frantic. "Emma!! Who are these people?! Why are they in your house?! Why do they look exactly like-" I cut him off by dragging him out of the doorway and back into the hallway that we just came out of.

"Shhh!!" I whisper-yelled at him. "Listen, I don't know how they got here, but that really is them. Erwin, Levi, Hanji and Mike."

"What do you mean?! That's impossible!" He whisper-yelled back, still really confused.

"I know! That's what I thought, too! But then there was this loud sound and a flash of light and they were here. They said the same thing happened to them."

He sighed while taking in what I had just told him. I did the same while running my fingers through my hair. "Listen, I don't know how any of this happened, and neither do they. But for now, we just need to explain things about this world to them along the way. As for this very second, the reason I called you over is so that we can go get them the necessities that they'll need until we can get them back to their own world."

"Okay." Jake sighed.

"Good." I said and then we walked back into the living room. All four of our new visitors stood up and walked a little bit towards us. "Erwin, Levi, Hanji, Mike, this is Jake. He's my best friend."

"U-um... hi." Jake said while giving a small wave. He was still a little in shock of it all, but I knew that deep down he was actually really happy and excited to have some of his favorite characters actually here.

"Hi!" Hanji said excitingly while Erwin said a respectable hello. Mike just nodded and Levi stared at him, studying him with his arms crossed.

"Okay, so, now that you guys have met, we will head to the mall to get you guys what you will need. A mall is a place that basically just has a bunch of shops and food stands." I explained. "Since Jake is here with his car, too, he will drive himself, Erwin and Mike and I will drive myself, Levi and Hanji. Now let's go!" I finished while grabbing my purse from my room.

They all looked a little shocked at the sight of our cars and started studying them with their eyes. I couldn't blame them. After all, we were from two completely different worlds.

"Levi, Hanji, my car is this one." I said while unlocking the driver-side door. "There's a seat beside me or you both can ride in the back." I told them.

"Ooh! I want to ride next to Emma!" Hanji said excitingly while heading for the passenger side door.

"No, Four-eyes. I'm sitting there." Levi said while walking to where Hanji was.

"But I said it first! Why?!" Hanji whined.

"Because I'm more responsible than you and I'm actually technically above you so you have to obey me." He stated coldly and bluntly.

"Not above me in height." Hanji mumbled while reluctantly opening the back door behind the passenger seat and getting in.

"What was that, Four-eyes?" Levi asked while giving her a harsh glare.

"Nothing." Hanji stated, pouting and looking out the window.

"Tch." Levi replied while getting in and sitting down. I couldn't help but chuckle at the way they were acting. Just like children. "Oi, what are you laughing about?" Levi asked me.

"Oh, nothing." I replied with another chuckle while starting the car up.

"Tch." Levi said again while looking out the window with his arms crossed.

"Oh, make sure to buckle this strap around you." I said while handling my seat belt.

"Why?" Hanji asked.

"Because if we're in an accident or something, it will keep you from going anywhere and getting hurt." I told them.

"Are you saying that we're going to be in an accident, brat?" Levi asked, looking towards me.

"No, but just in case." I told him with a wink. "Besides, we have to get you guys back to your own world, safe and sound."

I then started to back my car up out of the house with Jake's car following mine. The whole time to the mall Levi just stared out the window not saying anything while Hanji was gasping and exclaiming about whatever she saw outside her window. I couldn't help but wonder how this shopping trip would go...
