We got back to the hotel at around 8:30pm. Hanji and I went up to our room and the boys went to theirs. Our rooms were right beside each other. I flopped down the bed that I was using and sighed in relief. "I'm so tired!" I whined.

"But you had fun!" Hanji said, raising her finger in the air to make her point.

"Yeah, I did." I sat up. "Did you have fun?"

"Totally! I love the merchandise I bought!"

"Well I'm glad you had fun." I smiled. "I never imagined Jake and I would be bringing the Attack on Titan cast with us to Comic Con."

Hanji giggled and then spoke a little more seriously. "Speaking of Jake... what are you going to do about him?"

"What do you mean?" I asked, confused.

"He likes you, but you like Levi. Those feelings are mutual. So what are you going to do about Jake?" She asked.

"I... I don't know." I said, looking down. "He's my best friend, and I love him, but the feelings that I have for Levi aren't the same as the feelings that I have for Jake. I guess when the time comes, I'll just have to talk to him."

"So you haven't talked to Levi yet?" Hanji asked.

"No, not yet. But hopefully soon." I said. "I don't want you guys to all of a sudden disappear and have Levi and I had never talked."

"Yeah, that's true." Hanji agreed. "Just remember, I'm always up for match-maker!"

I giggled. "Thank you."

For a while after mine and Hanji's conversation, we just relaxed in our room. I was looking at the pictures we had taken earlier on my phone and Hanji was fangirling about her merchandise. Once it was about 10:30pm, we went to bed because we were exhausted.

But here it was, almost midnight, and I couldn't sleep. I didn't know why. I'm so exhausted, so why can't I just rest?

Deciding that it might help me, I got up from bed and put on a jacket and my shoes, making sure not to wake Hanji up. I think there's a park across from the hotel, so I might as well go take a walk.

I was about to turn a corner in the hallway, however, when I ran into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry!" I started. "Oh. Levi?"

"Hey, Emma." He said, seeming a little surprised himself.

"What are you doing up this late?" I asked.

"Couldn't sleep. What about you?"

"Same thing." I chuckled. "I was just about to take a walk around the park next door, want to come with me?" I suggested.

"Sure." He slightly smiled.

"The sky sure is beautiful." I said as we got to the park.

"Yeah, it is." He replied. The sky was full of many glistening stars. I always loved the stars and the moon. It reminded me that no matter the fact that everything around is in the dark, you can never fail to shine.

Levi and I walked around for a couple of minutes before he spoke up, sounding kind of nervous.

"S-so, um, Emma..." He started.

"Hm?" I responded. I think I know what this is about, which made me kind of nervous but yet excited, with my heart racing.

"About the kiss..." He said, stopping in his tracks which I did the same and turned around to face him.

"Y-yeah?" I said. He then took my hand and led me to a bench. We faced each other with him still holding my hand.

"U-um... Well... I... you see..." He stuttered. I giggled. "What?" He asked, kind of surprised.

"Don't worry. I feel the same way." I told him with a smile.

"Y-you do...?" He asked.

"Yeah, I do. I like you, Levi... a lot." I told him with a slight blush on my cheeks.

Levi's POV

"Yeah, I do. I like you, Levi... a lot." Emma said. She's so cute when she's blushing. I got my courage together.

"Yeah, I like you, too. A lot." I said, looking down a bit but at the same time blushing.

"So what now?" She asked with a little chuckle.

"Will you be mine?" I ask, looking straight into her eyes.

"Yes, Levi. I will." She responded and we both simultaneously, almost by instinct, leaned in towards one another.

Her lips were so soft and warm. I've been waiting for this. I've been waiting for her. With the death of Farlan and Isabel, my squad and all the things that could happen back in my world, out of nowhere she just pops up and makes my world more colorful. More happy. More hopeful.

We slowly pull away from each other and smile. I finally get to call her mine.

"AWWE!!! IT'S SO CUTE!!! I GOT IT ALL ON VIDEO!!!" I heard a woman yell excitingly from somewhere in the park. I know that voice all too well... Ugh...

"H-Hanji?!" Emma exclaimed, surprised. "Were you out here the whole time?!"

"Yep!" She said proudly. "When I heard you leave the room, I knew something was up. So I woke up the others and we trailed you guys!"

Looking closer, I saw Erwin, Mike and Jake with her.

"Hanji..." Emma whined.

"Oh come on, Emma! I know you want these pictures!" Hanji said, waving her phone around.

"Whatever." Emma sighed. The four of them walked over to us. Except for Hanji, she ran and grabbed both me and Emma into a group hug.

"It's about time!" She said.

"Congratulations, you two." Erwin said and Mike nodded.

"Thanks, Eyebrows." I chuckled.

"Congratulations, you guys." Jake said genuinely. "I'm happy for you. Really, I am."

"Thank you." I replied and we shook hands.

"Thanks, Jake!" Emma replied and gave him a hug. I felt my lips twitch upwards at it all.

"Shorty's smiling!" Hanji exclaimed, pointing at me.

"Hey! Don't call me short, Four-eyes!" I said back to her.

"Well don't call me Four-eyes." She retorted and this all caused Emma to start laughing. She's so cute.

"You've got a keeper right there." Hanji whispered to me and as much as I was still irritated at her for calling me short, I nodded back to her.

"Yeah, I do." I smiled.
