Its an very simple but yet an delicious Italian dish.
Recepie
Incredients Qty
Garlic cloves. 4-5
Finely chopped
Onions. 2pc
Finely chopped
Tometoes. 1pc
Tomato puree. 150ml
Grated cottage cheese
(Paneer) or chicken 150 gm
Mince (keema).
Red chilly flakes. 2 tbsp.
Black pepper 2tbsp
Powder.
Salt as required
Water or 50-60ml
chicken stock
Oil 4 tbsp
Spaghetti pasta. 200 gm
Parmezaan cheese
3-4 basil leaves.Method
1. Heat an pan boil water in it.
2. Once the water boils add salt and spaghetti pasta to it. (Don't break the pasta)
3.let the pasta cook till al dente i.e when you bite the pasta it should be firm.4. In an another pan heat oil.
5. Saute finely chopped garlic and add finely chopped onions.
6. Saute the onions till it transluants.
7. Now add the finely chopped tomatoes.8. Now add grated cottage cheese(paneer) if you are making veg version or else add chicken mince (chicken keema) to it.
9. Cook till its browned.
10. Now add tomato puree to it and mix everything properly. Let it simmer for 5 min on medium flame.
11. Add chilly falkes, black pepper and salt.
12.Add 50ml water and adjust the consistency.
13. Let the sauce cook properly and let it thicken.
14. Remove the sauce in an bowl.15. In the same pan heat some oil and toss the spaghetti with finely chopped basil leaves.
16. Now in a plate remove the pasta and top it with the sauce and garnish it with grated parmezaan cheese and serve hot.Some tips: 1. Make sure you dont put too much of water in the sauce.
2.This is an very basic version of bolognese sauce, You may also add parsley,carrots, finely chopped celery stems.
