Xmas Preppin'

"Good morning Christmas people!" I said starting second day of Vlogmas. "How are you doing today. As you can see I have my boyfriend's merch on, cause why not?" I paused as if someone was going to respond me. "But most importantly, sorry E, my Christmas tree is finally done, it just needed a few baubles and some rearranging on the lights and that was it. It just needs a topper now and that's it, it will be complete after that. So my plan is to go everywhere I can think of, but I can't go by myself can I? So I think I'm gonna ring Aaron and see if he's free, cause no one else is in LA right now... So let's see if he picks up." I said calling him and putting the speaker on.

*5 tones*
"Hey Alba! Long time no see! How are you?"
"Yeah, it has been a long time. I'm great, what about you?"
"I'm good, why did you call?"
"Can't I call my dear friend to see how he's doing?"
"Coming from you, not really. You're not much of a call person. You like face to face, FaceTime at times."
"And what? Maybe I don't want to see your ugly face."
"Ouch. But by saying that you just exposed yourself. When you say maybe it usually means 'I want something'. So what do you want?"
"What are you up to?" I gave up and gave in.
"Not much, why?"
"Well, my family is going to be coming in about a week and I have nothing for them. E and Gray are still in Jersey and I couldn't think of anyone else to go Christmas shopping than you."
"You don't have anyone else do you?"
"Nope."
"And what's your plan?"
"Go and do a little Christmas shopping. I need a few bits and pieces, not too much."
"Fine. When?"
"Now?"
"Now?!?"
"Yeah. It's 11:00 am, never too late or too early to go Christmas shopping. And I'm sure you need to do some too. You ain't fooling me boi."
"I wasn't really planning to do all the Christmas stuff already."
"I imagined. Are you down then?"
"Okay. But with one condition."
"What?"
"I get to choose the breaks."
"If they're not every hour, we can seal the deal."
"I'm not gonna change clothes either. I'm gonna with sweatpants and a T-shirt."
"I'll put on a hoodie so you don't feel left out. I was gonna get a little dolled up, but I won't. I'll be a good friend."
"How nice of you."
"I know."
"I'll be there in 20, be ready."
"Okay, see you then."
"Bye!"

Gotta get ready then. I know what hoodie I'm going to wear. Aaron might not be surprised.

"Come on, come down already!" Aaron said by phone.
"I can't find my bag!!!"
"Do you have pockets?"
"Yes, but it's not the same!" I said, kind of loud. "I need my bag!"
"No you don't, you've got pockets! I've been waiting for ever!"
"Aaron, you've been waiting one minute."
"That's a long time."
"No it isn't."
"Yes it is."
"Whatever, I'm going now. Grabbing my keys."
"Finally!" He said before hanging up. His humour is quite especial. He just doesn't know how to deal with a real woman. Neither do I to be honest.

"I'm here." I said getting into Aaron's car.
"Thank Jesus, you were taking so long." He said before looking at me. "You don't even have a bag with you and you're wearing your boyfriend's merch!"
"Can't wear mine yet, can I?" I said.
"Are you going to release merch soon?"
"No, that's why I can't wear it. Cause it doesn't exist." I said ironically.
"Alright, alright. I get it, I'm dumb."
"Come on, Aaron. You're not dumb, you're just slow at getting things."
"That makes me feel so much better. Thank you. Where do you wanna go?"
"The Grove?"
"There's not much there. Are you sure you wanna go there?"
"Where else do you wanna go?"
"I don't know. I don't usually go shopping. Even less with a girl."
"Poor boy, poor single boy."
"You don't need to rub it on my face, you happily in love girl." He said and I smiled, looking down fidgeting with my fingers. "By the way, I saw you uploaded the video with Ethan, how is it going?"
"It's actually going better than I thought. But then again, I feel like it is physically impossible to get more hate than I've already gotten."
"Is something wrong?"
"No, why?"
"You look a bit sad."
"Maybe. Ethan has been away in Jersey for quite some time now, and I miss him. I miss him next to me, our cuddling sessions, Gray third wheeling... I don't know. i just miss him."
"When is he coming back?"
"Him, Gray and I are going to New York after Christmas and after my family leaves."
"Don't worry, you'll be back together before you know it."
"Do you know something?" I said turning to him, over thinking everything.
"No, he isn't going to surprise you. Don't freak out."
"I wasn't gonna freak out. I just need him with me right now."
"I don't know what to do with this situation. We'll just go to the Grove and do some shopping. Is that okay?"
"Yeah don't worry. I'll get over it in a couple seconds."
"Alright. We'll get there soon."
