My father had just entered the room. When hearing I had been sleep walking, waking up in the middle of the Beacon Hills preserve, he had had this worried expression covering his face, had shared looks with Stiles. Especially when Stiles told him I was attacked by a werewolf. Apparently my father knew about it as well. He was quite surprised I knew too, being angry with Stiles, thinking he had told me about it. But I told him I found out myself, seeing a werewolf attacked me. And I was pretty much awake when that happened. Anyhow, my father was extremely worried and wanted to make sure I was all fine and not hurt by the attack. I told him over and over again I was fine, and that nothing had happened - aside from the ankle that really hurt. Which made him insist on letting me check up. He would ask Melissa McCall, Scott's mother, to make that check up.

Stiles left soon, he had to make himself ready for school. When I was about to get up as well to make myself ready as well, my father held me back.

"Ciara. I think it's better if you would stay home this week."

I opened my mouth to protest, but he didn't give me the chance to talk.

"No, Ciara."

I let out a deep sigh, nodding. I wasn't all too happy with staying home. I was still kind of scared of going to school, yes, but I actually enjoyed it as well. I had made friends at school already, and I really didn't want to stay home now. But since my father obviously wasn't going to let me go to school, I decided to keep my mouth shut and not start an arguement. I wouldn't win it anyway.

"Get some sleep, alright? I'll come back later in the morning with breakfast."

Again, I nodded. "Okay."

A couple of hours had passed when Sheriff entered his daughter's bedroom, only to see his daughter being deep asleep. He couldn't help but smile by it. He still couldn't believe he had his daughter back. He was Derek Hale very grateful. Because he found her, she's back home all safe. He just hoped he could find those ass holes who took his daughter away from him and his wife and son eight years ago. He would make sure he could do everything in his reach to get them in jail. They had to pay for what they'd done to his dear daughter.

After a few minutes of staring at his sleeping daughter, he got to the bed and sat down on it, after he had placed the tray with bread and tea on the nightstand.

"Ciara," he spoke as he gently placed his hand on her shoulder in order to wake her up, "I've got you breakfast."

I woke up by someone placing his hand on my shoulder, speaking my name gently. My dad, obviously. I opened my eyes slowly as a smile curled on my lips. I looked sleepy at him.

"Hi dad," I said with this hoarse morning voice.

"Goodmorning, darling," he said with a smile.

"My shift starts in an hour and Stiles is at school. Do you think you can be alone for a little while?" He asked, somewhat concerned. Of course, his daughter was sixteen - almost seventeen - years old, but now he had her back.. well, he just wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again that she got missed.

I smiled. "Dad, don't worry, I'll be fine," I understood he was concerned, even though it annoyed me somewhat. It wasn't like I was some kid.

"Alright. Well, Stiles will be back right after school, so you will be home alone for only a few hours," Sherrif said while getting up from the bed.

"See you tonight, dad," I said while looking up at him.

Sherrif nodded while he leant in to kiss her forehead, where after he left her bedroom; leaving Ciara alone.
