now I understand why Boboiboy can't use his powers...

(SPOILER ALERT!!! ONLY PEOPLE WHO ALREADY WATCHED EPISODE 14 IS ALLOWED TO READ.)

Boboiboy can't use his 2nd tier powers cause he needs to complete the first tier powers first. The only first tier elements who is missing is water and light. Which he will obtain in the future episodes.

If he uses his second tier powers. His power is gonna be unstable, just like when he used Thunderstorm. He can't keep his form for much longer or he'll be unstable and becomes "glitchy" or "destroyed" when he keep on the second tier form for longer.

Welp, that's what I understand.
