Because depression is not crying all the time or wanting to die and thinking of not existing at all.
Sometimes, it's not wanting to do things that you once loved.
Sometimes, it's looking at the ceiling for hours without moving or caring about it.
Sometimes, it's being angry at the world for no specific reason.
Sometimes, it's getting super into/overboard with something to the point of forgetting everything else.
Sometimes, it's like a shadow or a dark cloud that follows you around and threaten to attack you at any moment.
Sometimes, depression is invisible to other's sight.
Sometimes, depression looks like something and sometimes it doesn't.
It's always different, for everyone and every day.
