Draco let Harry down, but as he started walking towards the Slytherin Table, Harry grabbed his hand to stop him.

"Uhm, Draco? I'm not going to sit at Slytherin table tonight. I'm going to sit with Ravenclaw. My friend was in their house. He was the one that was murdered last year. And they aren't taking it very well, as you can see. I wanted to be supportive for them, be a friend. I hope that's alright with you. But I'll be back at the common room and dorms later." Harry said and scurried off before Draco could say anything.

Draco watched Harry approach the table and saw how he explained himself. He could tell that his voice was soft and he saw Harry's eye start to water. A few tears slid down his face and Draco could see Harry's eyes film over, as if remembering the awful moment last year when they discovered the body.

A girl suddenly burst out crying and Harry rushed to her. He sat down on the bench beside her and engulfed her in a hug.

She must have been close to the boy who died.

Draco turned away and walked to the Slytherin table.

"What is Harry doing?" Pansy asked him
"Supporting. There was a boy who was murdered last year, he was in Ravenclaw. He was Harry's friend and as you can see, Ravenclaw hasn't taken it well either. They look super depressed, can't you tell?" Draco told his friends and asked.

They all looked to the Ravenclaw table to see that, they did in fact, look depressed. It was strange to see them like that. Harry was still hugging the girl. She was in the same year as Harry, Second.

"Harry said he would be back to the Common Room later this evening. Until then, ewhy don't we just leave him be and let him be friends for the Ravenclaws who need one right now. If something like that happened to the Slytherin house, Harry would be quick to do the same all of us, and each and every one of you know it." Draco said and they all started their meals.
