So lemme tell y'all a lil story.

A few weeks ago I saw a post on Facebook saying that h was having a show at Hershey. So Hershey isn't too far from MD. So I signed up, of course Ticketmaster has that dumb verified fan thing so I thought that I wouldn't get it like the last two times.

Well two days ago I was sitting on my couch and I got an email (I have to notifications of for my email bc it's my school email that I used to sign up), and it said 'You've been Selected' so I royally freaked out and my mom asked for the price. But as I knew, you don't know the prices until they are out on sale.

So when ur a verified fan you aren't guaranteed a code, so the next morning I did not receive a code so I was v sad, but I knew that the general sale was going to be today.

So fast forward to today, I was in my AP Lit class (3 period @ 10am— when the tix went on sale) and we were in the middle of a test about analyzing American romantic poetry and Emily Dickinson. So I was freaking out, my mom was texting me, and I was taking this test where I knew none of the answers and so I guessed on it and asked to go to the bathroom. So there's only one girls bathroom on each floor except the first and basement. The bathroom was not close to my class so I knew I had time.

So I was on the Ticketmaster app and I kept taking the tickets out of my cart to look at other ones. Bc the tix my mom wanted to get were in section J, field seats but they were far back and I'm only 5'5 so I wanted to see about closer seats or stands seating.

So I eventually found tix for G but those were gonna cost 200 something and the ones in J were only 163 for 2. So when I went back to get the ones in section J, I found out that they sold out, so I went back to G. But right when I released those tickets, somebody else put them in their cart.

So at that point I just wanted to cry so I told my mom and she told me to look for other tix.

(This was all at 10 this morning. The 3:45 is from the time rn lol)

And so I went back on the website and looked for tickets for places close. So at first the June 21st concert, in Madison Square garden didn't have any tickets left, but the one on June 22nd ended up having 2 ticket for section 214 for 101 each. (With tax added)

So my mom told me to secure them bc on ticket master they give you like 10 mins to buy ur tix and like they can't sell out if you have them in ur cart.

So I put them in my cart and she gave me the money and I bought them😭

But the story isn't over. Come to find out, if you are a verified fan you ARE guaranteed a code if they don't sell out from the people who originally got codes. So apparently at 2pm yesterday, I received the link and code but I didn't know about it😒

I was so pissed but it's cool Bc now I get to spend a weekend in New York, go see H and go shopping💁🏾‍♀️
