It was gloomy outside, once again. You curled under your sheets, ignoring the alarm clock blaring from your phone. You groaned, reaching your hand out from under the sheets and switching it off. Just by sticking your hand out, you felt a chill. Even if you didn't want to, you would have to get up and get ready for school and then work.
You kicked the sheets off of you, reaching into your closet. You chose to wear a loose but warm sweater with leggings and boots. You snatched your bag, walking out of your room. You spotted Harry standing near the kitchen, orange juice in hand.
Harry didn't need to get up early, he's just a morning person.
You snatched his glass of orange juice and took a sip, "Yummy."
Harry grinned before snatching the glass from you, "It'll taste even better with your own glass."
You laughed a bit before walking into the kitchen.
As you poured yourself a glass, you felt Harry's hands make their way up inside your sweater. This has been happening for two days now, ever since you two had a heated make-out session on the couch followed along with tears and grins.
You didn't mind at all, you liked it. Harry knew, even if you never openly said anything about it.
Harry's hands distracted you from drinking your juice. Even if the apartment was cold, his hands were warm. They brushed against your skin, dancing along your stomach. Harry's kisses melted on your neck, making you moan. Harry pulled away a bit. His words were soft yet demanding, "Moan for me again."
You turned and faced him, "Ask me again when I come back from work."
A grin escaped him, making you finally being able to drink your juice.
Before you could walk away, Harry grabbed your waist and kissed you. As always, it was sloppy yet savoring.
. . .
Harry was all you could think about during class.
Maybe you finally knew what you wanted.
After class, you headed straight to work. The rain had just started, draping over you. Because of you and Harry's daring meeting this morning, you had forgotten your umbrella. You hurried inside the small convenient store, shivering from the drops that had gotten you wet.
Ruth was staring at you, "Did you not know it was going to rain today?"
You shook off your shivers, standing behind the counter. You replied, "I just forgot to grab my umbrella."
Ruth stared at you, "That's really irresponsible."
The chime of the door alerted you two.
Ruth rolled her eyes, "Speaking of irresponsible."
Tyler made his way down one of the isles, not bothering to make eye contact with you or Ruth. Ruth turned her back, making it obvious she didn't like Tyler. You stood in front of the register, wondering why he hadn't looked at you yet. Did he know about you and Harry's moment on the couch? Or did he know about you and Harry's flirts?
Tyler stopped by the candy. You could only see the side of his face. He looked focused, trying to pick between two. He finally turned to you and showed the two chocolate bars, "Do these have gluten? I'm on a cleanse." He was obviously joking, making you smile. He walked over with both in hand, setting them on the counter.
You were relieved Tyler wasn't upset with you, whether he knew about you and Harry or not.
Tyler handed you cash, "Do ya need a ride home?"
