The Search

Carlise quickly walked out of the hotel where she dropped off the young angel. Cleaning up that mess took much too long, she doesn't have much time until Lord Syon arrives.

She must find Her.

The dark faerie. Unpredictable, delirious and most definitely insane... but she is the only being that is able to find gods, besides the archangels.

Unfortunately asking a favour from those above will do more harm than good. They would demand a favour back, but this one needs to be eliminated anyways.

Why not kill two birds with one stone.

A sick slush fills Carlise's stomach as she remembers the horror stories of this fae. Losing her mate before his time was a sick joke of the fates, and cost her, her sanity. Her allegiance to Zeus made her almost impossibly powerful. 

Poor thing couldn't see what the rest of the above world could; Zeus's promises to bring back her mate in return for her service will never fruit. 

He made her his murdering slave. The murder of god children. 

She turned to collect the energy of every supernatural being she could catch, feasting on their flesh and souls, to forever search for the destined that died, claiming he was alive in another body.
