Chap 21; Lists

So sorry for not updating sooner to make it up I have the longest chapter I've ever written here, hope you enjoy.

The next morning
Nino's POV

I wake up to the sound of Wayzz's voice yelling, "Nino wake up! You're going to be late for school of you don't wake up right now!"

After hearing this I jump out of bed and head to my closet to get dressed.

"I don't get it little dude, how can I be late? That's marinette's thing." I say while changing in to my usual outfit.

"Well mabey you would've woken up earlier if u didn't go to sleep so late freaking out over who the new miraculous holder should be." He says while I am holding my hat, done changing.

I look over at him with an unamused expression om my face while he just smiles.

"Haha very funny, you got me." I say with sarcastically.

I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and fix my hair with Wayzz close behind.

After spending a lot of time on my hair Wayzz let out a time frustrated groan, "Why do you even bother fixing your hair if your just going to put a hat over it!"

I freeze with my comb in my hair and look at my hat that I left on the counter.

"Oh yeh never thought about that." I say feeling a little embarrassed.

After putting my shoes on and grabbing an apple from the kitchen, I dash out the door with Wayzz in my hat.

*Time skip to when he arrived at school *

I mentally told myself to keep an eye out for people that I thought could be a good super hero as I was walking into the school.

I see Rose, Julika, and Nathaniel talking on a bench on the distance and mentally decide if any of them are worthy.

Not Nathaniel, I don't think he would have the guts to go against villains, same thing for Rose, I can't imagine her kicking butt. But Julika I can imagine being brave enough to go in battle with Paris' s villains.

I go on my phone and press the notes app. And that's where I start my list of possible super hero's with Julika.

I look around and see Ivan and Mylène talking to each other. I take them both into consideration but decide neither of them because they're both too nice and I couldn't see them fighting.

Next to them I see Kim and Alex yelling at each other with Max in the middle trying to break them apart, because they were starting to get really close to each other. The closer they got the louder they yelled.

I considered Max but I personally didn't think that Max was all that athletic and probably couldn't keep up with he other heros.

I looked over at Kim and thought that he wouldn't make a good hero because his ego was bigger than his heart.

Finally I look to Alex and thought she would be a good hero, after all she's strong,  brave, and has a kind heart. So I put her on the list along with Julika.
